Results: Arthroscopic examination showed that there were synovitis, debris and fibrillation in the joints of ADD with reduction; synovitis, synovial hyperplasia, debris, fibrillation, chondromalacia,fibrocartilage rupture and adhision in the joints of ADD without reduction.

76例84侧临床诊断为颞下颌关节盘前移位以及关节盘穿孔的病例进行颞下颌关节内窥镜检查。结果：可复性关节盘前移位的病例出现滑膜炎，关节腔内有絮状物，关节结节表面有纤维形成。

The expression of NSE was detected in cortex of adrenal cortical hyperplasia, cortical adenomas and pheochromoeyte carcinoma, hut not in that of pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal. The expression of SYN was detected in cortex of corticohyperplassia, cortical adenomas, medull neoplasm, chromophile tumor and pheochromocyte carcinoma, but not in that of cortical adenocarcinoma and normal adrenal. The expressions of CgA, NSE and SIN were detected in the medulla of all cases. Conclusion The characteristic of CgA, SYN and NSE in cortex and medulla of adrenal are useful in the differential diagnosis of tumor and hyperplasia in the adrenal.

38 patients with nasal polyp and 15 control cases were chosen. Their IL-5 concentration in tissue homogenate were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. All samples were stained with Chromotrope 2R histochemical and SP immunohistochemical method separately to examine eosinophil and IgE+ cells in nasal polyp.

The CA125 is an epitope on a large mucin glycoprotein molecule of greater than 1 million Daltons,normal expressed on the coelomic epithelium,including ovarian surface.By now,CA125 assay has been used for monitoring response to primary treatment,detecting clinically occult ovarian cancer at the time of recurrence,as well detecting primary disease in early stage.The CA125 level is abnormal in over 90%of advanced stage ovarian cancer,but it is not increased in about 50%of the patients with stageⅠdisease.

Results Only six Corynebacterium urealyticum strains were isolated from 245 cases which meet the needed conditions. However, the positive urinary culture results of Corynebacterium urealyticum play important roles in helping the clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Methods Totally 173 patients diagnosed as MDS according to FAB or WHO criteria with complete clinical and cytogenetical data were included in this reseach. Among them 42 had +8 chromosome aberration, 16 had -7/7q-, and 55 had normal karyotypes and more than 0.10 blast cells in the bone marrow. Short term culture and G-banding techniques and in some specimens fluorescence in situ hybridization method were used to do chromosome analysis.
