We must change the concept of cancer pain management medical model:Anesthetists should have professional abilities、 capability of health care and prevention、 ability of group cooperation、ability of assessment of new technology ,eliminate fear of addiction on using opioids ;implement interdisciplinary comprehensive appeasement health protection;applyment new technology;adhere to biopsychology social medical model;carry out the policy of human care.

癌痛患者在全部疼痛人群中虽仅占约3%~5%，但癌性疼痛对患者个人及其家庭和亲朋好友，对社会甚至对环境所产生的影响和结果几乎比所有疼痛人群都严重。在晚期癌症中，约80%发生疼痛，其中50%有剧痛，30%剧痛难忍[2]。

Results: In the group of reservating intercostobrachial nerve, 48 patients have no change in sensation, 11 patients have anesthesia, one has burning sensation, and 9 patients have hypoaesthesia.

两组之间在统计学上有显著性差异（χ2=481570；P＜005）；肋间臂神经保留组58例术后未发生患肢疼痛，11例发生患肢疼痛；而肋间臂神经切除组5例术后未发生患肢疼痛，29例术后发生患肢疼痛。

But in the group of resecting intercostobrachial nerve, 3 patients have axillary absent sweating, 18 patients have anesthesia, 4 patients have burning sensation, and 9 patients have hypoaesthesia.

两组之间在统计学上有显著性差异（χ2=481570；P＜005）；肋间臂神经保留组58例术后未发生患肢疼痛，11例发生患肢疼痛；而肋间臂神经切除组5例术后未发生患肢疼痛，29例术后发生患肢疼痛。

In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that preoperative pain education could improve patients' misbeliefs about pain management, reduce the worst pain intensity and pain interference in general activity, mood, and sleep after surgery.

本研究结果显示手术前疼痛卫教可以改善病人不正确的疼痛处置信念，降低病人手术后的最剧烈疼痛强度及疼痛对日常生活、情绪、睡眠的干扰程度。

The US Food and Drug Administration has issued an alert that some patients may experience severe and possibly incapacitating musculoskeletal pain while taking bisphosphonates, notes Business Week , carrying an Associated Press wire story."Although severe musculoskeletal pain is included in the prescribing information for all bisphosphonates, the association between bisphosphonates and severe musculoskeletal pain may be overlooked by healthcare professionals, delaying diagnosis, prolonging pain and/or impairment, and necessitating the use of analgesics," the FDA says in a statement on its Web site.

Objective The purpose of this study was to examine hospitalised cancer patients′ and doctors′ assessment of patients′ cancer pain and to compare the effects of their assessments on antalgic therapeutic efficacy.

目的观察医生和患者对癌症疼痛的评估差异及其对止痛治疗效果的影响。方法用目测模拟疼痛程度分级法，医生和患者分别对癌症疼痛进行评估，比较医生和患者的疼痛评估结果对镇痛治疗效果的影响。
