The fatigue reliability analysis for the 16V240ZJB diesel engine crankshaft inserving DF4B internal-combustion locomotive were carried out in thisdissertation.Firstly,according to the fatigue loads of the crankshaft,the bendstress and torsion stress at danger zone in rated operation modes werecalculated respectively.The stress randomicity of the crankshaft was analyzedrelating operation modes of acceptance,and the probability distribution ofstresses were obtained with statistical analysis.

运用本文所提出的疲劳可靠性分析模型(干涉模型-Miner准则综合法及弯扭复合模型)和经分析简化得到的材料p-S-N曲线和p-Sa-Sm-N曲面，分别按一维、二维疲劳应力及弯扭复合应力三种情况对东风4B型内燃机车16V240ZJB柴油机曲轴进行了疲劳可靠性分析。

The analysis and test results show that the concentration of stresses at the end of fillet welds between the tensile anchor plate and the tensile anchor tube is obvious, and the maximum principal tensile stress occurs in the stress concentration region.

结果表明，锚拉板与锚拉筒之间的连接焊缝下端部应力集中明显，最大主拉应力出现在该区域；在设计疲劳荷载作用下，该结构关键构造细节处均未发现疲劳裂纹，结构疲劳性能满足设计要求。

最后，分析了离心力载荷和振动载荷在榫齿上的分布，进行了榫槽榫齿的有限元计算；提出了枞树型榫槽的卸载概念，并按带裂纹榫齿上的承载随裂纹增长而逐步减少和始终保持不变两种处理方法，进行了复合疲劳裂纹扩展及其寿命计算，由计算得出卸载下复合疲劳裂纹扩展寿命较单纯低周疲劳寿命下降二十多倍；按卸载处理的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命是按恒载处理的三倍多，前者与试验吻合，而后者则偏差较大。
