本文应用细胞培养观察细胞病变的方法来分离病毒，再用单克隆抗体及荧光抗体对病毒进行分型，在西宁地区1016例妇科疾病所取标本中（包括宫颈炎，外阴炎，阴道炎及宫颈癌等），共发现单纯疱疹病毒阳性标本72例，阳性率为7.08％，而宫颈癌中阳性率最高为8.7％。
