According to the malaria statistics in 1989,the number of malaria cases,malaria incidence and positive parasite rate in native resident fever cases,and the number of malaria loci decreased by 20%,21.79%,35.85% and 31.06% respectively in comparison With that in 1988·In addition,the malaria transmission peak dropped down·All these achievements are due to strengthened antimalaria measures,especially in the areas where malaria incidence was higher.

1989年全省疟疾发病人数，发病率，当地发热病人血检疟原虫阳性率和疟疾病灶点数分别比1988年下降20.4%、21.79%、35.85%和31.06%，压低了9月份的发病高峰。

结果〕温州口岸2005年1～7月共发现8例疟疾患者，均为国内人员国外感染，其中男性7例，女性1例，血液涂片均查到恶性疟原虫；流行病学个案调查结果显示，8例患者在国外期间均有蚊虫叮咬史；3例为初发病例，5例为复发病例；8例患者就诊时体温均超过38℃，并出现畏寒、发热、大汗等典型的疟疾临床症状，5例患者出现脾肿大和贫血症状，患者均无并发症状出现。
