Abstract］ Objective To summarize the clinical experience of tension-free inguinal hernia neoplasty of aged patients（＞65岁）under local anaethesia.

摘要］ 目的总结 65岁以上老年患者局部麻醉下施行无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床经验。

Retrospectively analysize the clinical data of the no tention hernia ring padding neoplasty.

对30例腹股沟疝患者行无张力疝环填充式修补术后的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

Litchtenstein operation is reliable, less pain, quicker recovery and lower recurrent rate, lower in expenditure, simpler and is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.

平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效可靠、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、复发率低、费用低和操作简单，值得临床推广应用。

Methods: One hundred and fourteen operations were performed for BPH patients, including transurethral resection/vapor of the prostate, inguinal herniorrhaphy, internal urethrotomy, transurethral resection of bladder tumor or vesical litholapaxy, and the data were reviewed.

对114例合并有腹股沟疝、尿道狭窄、膀胱肿瘤或膀胱结石的BPH患者在行经尿道前列腺电切／汽化术时，同期行腹股沟疝修补术、尿道内切开术、经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱取石术。

Results In all these cases, there are 83 cases origin from mucous membrane which include inflammation, tumor and anabrosis; 24 cases origin below mucous membrane which include interstitialoma, lymphoma and scleroderma;38 cases mainly changed in the shape, structure and position of organs which include hiatus hernia, Oblique inguinal hernia, diverticulum, malrotation of intestine and megacolon; 29 cases mainly changed in the power and function of organs which include functional disorder of esophagus, mesentery-compressed syndrome funtional disorder of small intestine and irritable colon; 17 cases' performance caused by the factor outside intestinal canal which include mesentery shift, stomach shift and small intestine shift, and other cases which include fistula between esophagus and mediastinum, rectovaginal fistula, foreign body in esophagus and small intestine ascariasis.

结果：197例患者中，源于黏膜的病变83例，源于黏膜下的病变24例（包括间质瘤、淋巴瘤、硬皮病），以器官形态、结构、位置改变为主的病变38例（包括食管裂孔疝、腹股沟斜疝、憩室、肠旋转不良、巨结肠），以器官动力、功能改变为主的病变29例（包括食管功能紊乱、肠系膜压迫综合征、小肠功能紊乱、结肠过敏），因管腔外因素的影响而引起的改变17例（包括食管移位、胃移位、小肠移位），其他病变6例（包括食管纵隔瘘、直肠阴道瘘、食管异物、小肠蛔虫症）。

Examples of such care include carefully monitoring the patient's vital signs and physical examination results or performing follow-up CT or gastrointestinal studies enhanced with intraluminal contrast material, including CT enteroclysis.

尽管处于异常解剖部位的受累肠管没有扩张，腹内疝较小，梗阻程度较轻，我们也推荐外科同事给予适当的护理减小疝性绞窄，例如详细的监护病人生命体征、进行体格检查、复查CT、使用管腔内造影剂的胃肠增强检查，包括CT肠造影术。
