Objective To improve the achievement ratio of surgery on chalazion and investigate simple operative approaches for reducing its relapse.Methods Management with carbol spreading on the capsule walls of chalazions was employed to 950 chalazion patients and observed its efficacy.

目的 提高睑板腺囊肿手术的成功率，探讨减少睑板腺囊肿复发的简易手术方法方法对950例睑板腺囊肿采用石炭酸涂睑板腺囊肿的囊壁，观察其疗效。

［Objective］ To explore the cure effect and safety of renal anaemia with suatainable blood dialysis,lack of iron,treated with chalybeate sucrose iron by vein and oral taking ferrous succinate,as well as combination of restructured human erythropoietietin.

［目的］探讨静脉用铁剂蔗糖铁和口服铁剂琥珀酸亚铁分别与重组人红细胞生成素联合应用治疗伴有缺铁的维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者的疗效和安全性。

W by hypodermic in each group,the effect and adverse reaction in each group on renal anemia were observed and compared.results the anemia of each group was improved after treatment.hb,hct and tast in venous group significantly increased than those of oral group,while incidence of adverse reaction decreased as compared to oral group.conclusion fe3 dextran that aid for rhuepo is better than oral group (p.01),and incidence of adverse reaction is lower,thus it is a better way that adds chalybeate to hd patients which is short of iron.

w皮下注射。比较两组患者贫血治疗的效果和副作用。结果治疗后两组患者贫血均改善，其中静脉补铁组的hb、hct及tast较口服补铁组显著升高（p.01），而不良反应发生率较口服补铁组降低。结论静脉注射右旋糖酐氢氧化铁可作为血透伴缺铁患者更理想补铁方式，配合rhuepo治疗贫血，疗效明显优于口服补铁，且不良反应发生率低。［关键词］右旋糖酐氢氧化铁；肾性贫血；血液透析

Methods: Consult VP diagnosis standard of American psychiatry institute what WHO promulgated, we chose 80 VD sufferer. We adopt study method of random and comfort drug comparison, both blind method to dose and front and bank of oneself chiasma test. We chose MMSE and ADL to evaluate curative effect through comparing Statistic mark before cure and after cure. Results: We had treated 72 VD sufferer on Jiannaoyizhi capsule. In these patients, there are 15 obvious efficiency, 38 efficiency and 19 inefficiency. The total efficiency is 73.61%. It has obvious reform action on cognizing obstacle and behavior.

参照WHO公布的美国精神病学会VD诊断标准入选VD患者80例，采用随机安慰剂对照，双盲给药，自身前后交叉试验的研究法，选择简易智能量表、日常生活自理能力量表于疗程前后统计分值变化进行疗效评估石结果：健脑益智胶囊治疗VD患者72例，显效15例，有效38例，无效19例，总体有效率73.61%，对VD患者的认知障碍和行为均有明显改善作用，其效应明显优于安慰剂(P.05)。
