目的 探讨山莨菪碱（654-2）在小儿支气管肺炎中的疗效。方法选择204例患儿随机分为治疗组（654-2加传统疗法）和对照组各102例，进行治疗对比观察。结果治疗组退热时间、哮喘消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、x线检查恢复正常时间、平均住院天数等指标均明显优于对照组p.01）。结论 654-2治疗支气管肺炎疗效非常显著。

等离子射频技术应用于消化内镜下息肉切除，具有安全、疗效可靠，其疗效与高频电切相当，且能够在内镜反转状态针对胃底、直肠下段等特殊部位息肉实施有效切除，在术后愈合时间上明显优于对照组，可尝试作为内镜下切除消化道息肉的首选方法，对具有消化内镜诊疗条件的医疗机构，值得临床推广应用。

Result: Y-BOCS scores improved significantly over time in two drug-nave patients and a patient with combination treatment. There was no significant improvement in Y-BOCS scores in patients who failed more than 2 standard treatments with SRIs. For responders, the time intervals to achieve criteria of response (more than 35% decrease of Y-BOCS scores) were within 2 weeks of sarcosine treatment at relatively low dose.

在使用过或维持SRIs治疗之个案，sarcosine之疗效则不一致：并用SRIs治疗四位中，两位血清素回收抑制剂顽抗型(SRIs-refractory)个案对sarcosine无明显疗效；另一位并SRI治疗个案在用药两周内强迫症状即有明显改善，但在服药剂量减少两周后症状恶化。

To date, there have been a few clinical trials exploring the efficacy of NMDA enhancers as adjuvant therapy. For instance, D-serine (an endogenous agonist of the NMDA-glycine site) and sarcosine (N-methylglycine, an endogenous glycine transporter I inhibitor) are not only well-tolerated but also synergistic in improving positive, negative symptoms and cognitive function in chronic patients receiving typical or atypical antipsychotics. We just completed the first trial applying NMDA enhancers in acutely exacerbated schizophrenia patients with collaboration with Harvard University, and the results showed that sarcosine was superior to D-serine in efficacy.

目前已有将NMDA促进剂作为辅助用药的临床研究，例如，D-serine (一种内生性NMDA-glycine site致效剂)、sarcosine (即N-methylglycine，一种内生性glycine transporter I 抑制剂)等，结果显示它们不但安全，且能加强传统及新一代抗精神病剂对慢性患者活性、负性症状及认知功能的疗效；我们日前与哈佛大学合作完成目前唯一将NMDA促进剂用於急性患者的研究，结果发现，sarcosine的疗效又优於D-serine。

Purpose: To explore further improvement of method in treating anus fistula, by observing curative effect of incision thread-drawing adding hemostasis by compression and sutura in anus fistula, and comparing the cure effect of treatment group with control group, so that the cure effect of incision thread-drawing adding hemostasis by compression and satura was verified and was affirmed.

In addition,preliminary investigation about the correlations in the taxonomy, chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Schisandraceae were reviewed based on references.Several correlations between the modern pharmacological researches and traditional therapeutic effects have been found.Moreover,it was also demonstrated the different pharmacological activity is related to the characteristic components of the two genera which provided the theoretical evidence to the further utilization of these plants.

同时，本文还综合了五味子科植物的传统分类学、化学成分研究、现代药理学研究及传统疗效的调查，对五味子科植物的药用植物亲缘学进行了初步探讨，发现五味子科药用植物的现代药理活性研究与传统疗效之间有很好的相关性，且很多活性也找到了相对应的物质基础，同时也向我们提示两属植物功效主治上差别的物质基础与特征性成分有关，为合理开发利用本科药用植物资源提供了理论依据。
