In order to further explore the benefits of reasonable exercise on maintaining bone health and examine the effect of exercise on skeleton of young college students, 20 male students of college were divided into exercise group (participates bodybuilding frequently) and control group, some indexes of bone metabolism and bone mineral density were observed and analyzed.

为了进一步论证科学合理的运动有利于维持骨骼的健康和对骨质疏松症的预防作用，揭示体育运动对处于青春后期大学生骨骼的影响，本课题在对部分有关骨代谢的研究成果进行理论研究的基础上，以我校20名男性大学生为实验对象，分为运动组和对照组，观察并分析体育运动对大学生骨密度和骨代谢的影响。

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the degree that different swimming exercise affect the bone mass and bone biochemical marker of rats that was in the growth period, to investigate its possible mechanisams, to further enrich the theory that physical activity can promote the healthy of bone.

本研究的目的是：通过动物实验探讨不同强度的游泳运动对生长期大鼠骨量积累的作用效果及对骨代谢生化指标的影响，并探讨其可能的作用机理，进一步丰富体育运动促进骨健康的理论；同时为青少年选择合理的促进骨骼生长、获得较高的基础骨量、预防骨质疏松症运动处方提供一定实验理论依据。

变性的蛋白质分子可以凝聚成一层皮，形成十分牢固的薄膜将混入的空气包围起来，同时，由于表面张力的作用，使得蛋白泡沫收缩变成球形，加上蛋白胶体具有黏度和加入的面粉原料附着在蛋白泡沫四周，使泡沫变得很稳定，能保持住混入的气体，加热的过程中，泡沫内的气体又受热膨胀，使制品疏松多孔并具有一定的弹性和韧性。

The resul ts indicated:(1) When micrococcus existed,carbon steel corrosion was accelerated by a loose and heterogeneous biofilm formed on its surfaces;(2)Rpo an d Cc values were close after two days and four days immersion respectively in solutions with micrococcus,which indicated that the metabolization of bacteria became sta ble,and the biofilms under two conditions were tend to be ripe and accordant;(3) The equivalent circuits for situations without or with bacteria were proposed respectively,and the parameters in circuits were also calculated;and (4) Corrosi on reaction impedance with micrococcus showed dispersion effect.

结果表明：（1）小球菌存在时试样表面上所形成的疏松、不均匀的生物膜加速了碳钢的腐蚀过程；（2）有菌存在时暴露2 d、4 d的Rpo值和C c值较为接近，表明细菌的生长代谢过程渐趋于稳定，两种暴露条件下所形成的生物膜趋向于成熟一致；（3）分别提出了有菌和无菌条件下EIS的等效电路，并计算了相应的等效元件参数；（4）小球菌影响下腐蚀反应的阻抗行为存在弥散效应。

To some degree, this study revealed the relationship between ossein and bone miner and the important preventive and therapeutic effects of ossein on OP. It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the research and development of effective prescriptions to cure OP. Limited by the actual experimental situation, we only did some study on the synthesis and content of type Ⅰ collagen. Further study on the changes of decomposition and structure of type Ⅰ collagen are needed to be done.

本课题的研究，在一定程度上揭示了骨胶原纤维和矿物质之间互根互用的辨证关系，及Ⅰ型胶原在骨质疏松症的发病和治疗中所起的重要作用，并为开发研制治疗本病的有效中药复方提供了理论和实验依据，但由于条件所限，本研究仅就Ⅰ型胶原的合成及其含量变化做了初步观察，而本病中骨胶原纤维的分解代谢及其结构的改变，尚待进一步探讨。

The 3-D finite element model of thoracolumbar spine was established based on the CT value of an aged volunteer using software Ansys-5. 0.The stress field and motion diagram of the thoracolumbar spine were evaluated, especially the change of that of augmented L〓 vertebral body with TCP-PMMA cement.

取一女性老年骨质疏松志愿者的〓的CT扫描图像，利用Ansys-5.0软件建立胸腰椎异物同构力学模型和椎间盘的三维有限元分析模型，分析在正常载荷下的胸腰段脊柱的应力场和移位场，着重分析椎体成形术后局部椎体增强对相邻椎体的应力场及移位场的影响。

The results show that proper control of additive, flocculating agent, temperature, stir speed, quantity of each agent and other process parameters could effectively remove the impurities in the coagulation bath such as the solid, big molecules in the forms of undissolved colloid and semi-colloid. The sizes of flocculates are big and loose, ready to precipitate, therefore the impurity removing effect is very ideal, greatly improving the exchange ability of the ion exchange resin in the subsequent process.

研究结果表明在选用合适的添加剂与絮凝剂，适当控制絮凝的温度、搅拌速度、各试剂的添加量和添加顺序等相关工艺参数的条件下，凝固浴中的絮状固体杂质、以未溶解的胶态和半胶态形式存在的大分子性杂质等都被去除，絮凝物块大而疏松，沉降迅速，除杂纯化效果非常理想，大大提高了后续处理工艺中阴阳离子交换树脂的处理能力。

According to our results, since BaP increased the expression of COX2 and pp38 to reduce the osteoblast differentiation and this phenomenon can reverse by treatment of NS398, but not by treatment of SB203580, suggesting that COX2 activation plays an important role on osteoblast differentiation. Adlay could increase osteoblast differentiation, in co-culture system, and reverse the osteoporotic status in mice, would be a helpful healthy food for enhance osteoblast differentiation. However, about, TBT, we didn't have enough data to support its effect on the differentiation of osteoblast or osteoclast.

所以依据我们所做出的实验结果，虽然苯骈芘会增加COX2和pp38的蛋白表现，但造骨细胞的分化作用仍下降，但若同时添加NS398，则分化能力有恢复现象，这或许可推测说COX2活性在抑制造骨细胞分化上扮演了一个重要角色；薏苡仁在共同细胞培养可以增加造骨细胞的分化作用，且对骨质疏松状态的小鼠具有缓解的能力，因此或许是能促进造骨细胞分化的营养食品；至於三丁基锡由於实验的数据不多，推测其或许并不影响造骨细胞和破骨细胞的分化作用。
