This study applied the response surface design to investigate the response of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the growth of naturally regenerated chamaecyparis stand in Chi-lan-shan, and to investigate the response of thinning, pruning and fertilizing on the growth of Calocedrus formosana stand in Forest Station of National ILan University.
