The differential diagnosis is epiglottic cyst or other benign tumors, including thyroglossal duct, dermoid cyst, teratoma, lymphangioma, chondroma, lingual thyroid, or papillomatosis.

会厌血管瘤必须与会厌囊肿或是其他的会厌良性肿瘤做鉴别诊断，包括甲状线舌骨囊肿、皮样囊肿、畸胎瘤、淋巴管瘤、软骨瘤、舌部甲状或是乳突状瘤等。

Results :3 cases Simple ovarian cysts , 3 cases postoperatively diagnosed as endometriotic cyst , 7 cases teratoma , 7 cases crinoid cysts , 7 eases corpus luteum cysts , 1 case brenner tumor , 1 case mucinous cystadenoma and 1 case ovarian mutinous syst, 8 parovarian.

结果：术后诊断单纯性卵巢囊肿3例，卵巢巧克力囊肿3例，其中2例为双侧卵巢巧克力囊肿，卵巢成熟畸胎瘤7例，卵巢黄体囊肿7例，卵巢冠囊肿7例，卵巢膜纤维瘤，卵巢粘液性囊昧瘤及卵巢粘液性囊肿各1例，输卵管系膜囊肿8例。

One case was pure choriocarcinoma;the other 2 were of mixed types(teratoma with choriocarcinoma and seminoma with choriocarcinoma, respectively).

第一个病例是单纯绒毛膜细胞癌，另外两个病例则属於混合型（畸胎瘤及绒毛膜细胞癌，精细胞瘤及绒毛瘤细胞癌）。

结果本组316例患者中卵巢肿瘤超声分型以Ⅰ型居多(97例，占30.7%)，其次为Ⅳ型(71例，占22.5%)；病理分型以浆液性囊腺瘤居多(74例，占23.4%)，其次为黏液性囊腺瘤(58例，占18.4)和畸胎瘤(56例，占17.7%)。
