界层

Based on the theory of Sequence Stratigraphy and the systematically analysis of strata which was closely focused on Lithostratigraphy, Biostratigraphy, Paleoecology Event Stratigraphy and Sequence Stratigraphy, four long-term base-level cycles can be recognized in the Mesozoic, each long-term base-level cycles can be further divided into intermediate-term to short-term base-level cycle. Eight intermediate-term base-level cycles are recognized in Mesozoic; Cenozoic can be divided into two structural base-level cycles, and can be further divided into seven long-term baselevel cycles.

应用层序地层学理论，在详细的岩石地层、生物地层、生态地层、事件地层和层序地层为核心的综合地层研究基础上，将中生界划分为四个长期基准面旋回，每个长期基准面旋回内部又可进一步识别出更次一级的旋回，侏罗系内部共可识别出8个次级旋回；根据钻井层序地层与地震地层划分结果，将北缘地区新生界划分为两个构造基准面旋回，其内部又可进一步划分为7个长期基准面旋回。

The coherent electron micro-diffraction from a translation domain boundary perpendicular to the direction of the incident beam was studied. 对垂直电子束方向的畴界的特征，进行了实空间法的准动力学的理论推导，给出了对称性的定性描述，同时用动力学多层法程序对一些上下畴界进行了模拟；对出现的斑点不消光，中心对称的破损，镜面对称的破损等给出了定性的实空间法的动力学的理论的解析描述。

On one hand, the grain boundaries are the sites of microcrack nucleation, microcracks first occur at grain boundary zone, whose propagation type depends on lamellar orientation of both side of grain boundary.

一方面，微裂纹首先萌发于晶界区，其扩展方式取决于晶界两侧片层的取向。

Two technology including nitrocarburizing process and salt nitrocarburzing process haver been adopted. Several conclusions were obtained: firstly, nitrided layers consist of two layers including the outer white layer, mainly ε and γ′ with favorite errosion resistance, the inner dark layer consist of α-Fe.

再往里为扩散层，扩散层与原始组织无明显区别，是过饱和含氮的α-Fe固溶体，比原始组织更易受腐蚀；(2)试样经长时间氮碳共渗后，渗层最表面会出现疏松，这是因为Fe原子向外扩散，在ε相内造成Fe原子空位，空位向内扩散，并可能在晶界上或某些晶体缺陷处堆积，以致造成空洞。

RESULTS:①Histological structure of rat ciliary body included seven layers: supraciliary, ciliary muscle, stroma, lamina vitrea, pigmented ciliary epithelium, unpigmented ciliary epithelium and inner border.

结果：①睫状体组织结构从外向内可分为7层，即睫状体上腔、睫状体肌层、基质层、玻璃膜、色素睫状上皮层、无色素睫状上皮层和内界膜层。

After selective extraction, the cyst wall of two kind of resting cysts displayed a filament network. In the resting cysts of Tachysoma pellionella and Euplotes encysticus, the filament was located in mesocyst and endocyst respectively. On the other hand, a special filament scaffold region was observed below the cyst wall in two kind of cysts. Compared with the true IF which was located in central part of cyst, the filament of this region was net as well as uniform, and no any cytoplasm residue can be seen in this region. In the resting cyst of Euplotes encysticus, a filamental boundry which partitioned the special filament scaffold region and the true IF region was observed.

两类休眠包囊的包囊壁经生化分级抽提后均显示纤维结构，急纤虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于中间层，包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于内层壁；其次，在两类休眠包囊的包囊壁下，相当于细胞质表质层的位置，均有一个特殊的纤维网络区，与细胞质深层的网络区相比，此部分的纤维纯净、均匀，未见附着细胞器及细胞质残留物，在包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中此纤维网络区与真正的细胞质纤维网络之间由纤维构成的界膜隔开。

Aimed at these problem, this paper taked 63 well drilling's rock mineral document and logging document as main analysis object, combined reservoir sedimentology, sequence stratigraphy, logging geology together to research sedimentary system, sequence stratigraphy, lithofacies paleographic, sandbody distribution three dimensional visualization, reservoir character and reservoir sandbody comprehensive evaluation, it offers reference and criterion for Changbei gas field gas reservoir's exploration and development.

针对目前所存在的地质问题，本论文以63口钻井的岩矿资料和测井资料为主要分析对象，运用储层沉积学、层序地层学、测井地质学等多学科交叉的综合研究方法，对长北气田上古生界二叠系山西组2段进行沉积体系、层序地层、岩相古地理、砂体展布三维可视化、储层特征以及储集砂体综合评价和有利区预测等方面进行系统和深入的研究，为更有效地勘探开发长北气田提供科学依据。

In practical study, the essential flow is""on the basis of the study of the faults, strata denuded thickness and original thickness, analyzing the controlling effect of the faults to the sedimentation and denudation, and combined with the areal geology background, reconstructing the basin prototype of each stage"". 2. As the basic theories and methods of the calculation of the denuded thickness, such as, the methods of cosmogenic nuclides, wave equation, apatite fission track, structural sections, acoustic wave, vitrinite reflection, etc, were argued detailedly , and their applicable ranges were analyzed , the denuded strata thickness of each structural layer layer of pre-Tertiary was reconstructed.

对宇宙成因核素法、波动方程法、裂变径迹分析法、构造横剖面法、声波时差法、镜质体反射率法等计算剥蚀量方法的基本原理进行充分论证、改进，分析了各方法的适用范围，在此基础上，综合充分运用上述方法，计算了济阳坳陷前第三系各构造层在不同时期的剥蚀量，绘制了中生代时期古生界顶面的地层剥蚀量等值线图、新生代时期古生界顶面的地层剥蚀量等值线图、白垩纪沉积时侏罗系剥蚀等值线图、新生代沉积期白垩系剥蚀等值线图、新生代沉积期侏罗系剥蚀等值线图等图件，并通过对古生界地层的热变质程度分析，确定了有1500～2000m的早、中三叠世的原始沉积地层在晚三叠世被剥蚀殆尽。3。

RESULTS:In BN rat retina,Cx43 was immunolocalized to internal limiting membrane,nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer and pigment epithelium.Cx43 appeared in the form of distinct puncta distributed on ganglion cell.

结果：正常视网膜内界膜，视神经纤维层以及神经节细胞层明显表达，神经节细胞表达的主要位置是细胞质和细胞膜，色素上皮细胞全层表达，内外颗粒层及内外层状层无表达。
