ZY3 was the first bacterial strain took MHE as sole carbon and energy resources in China. It was explained for the characteristics of strain ZY3 degradating MHE in theory. In a word, this study was expected to be bestead for treating with the pollution of sex steroid hormones of China.

ZY3 菌株是国内首次分离出的一株以MHE 为唯一碳源、能源的高效降解菌，通过本实验，阐明微生物降解甾体雌激素的特性，在应用上提供优良菌种，希望能对我国的甾体雌激素废水治理有所裨益。

The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method as determining the content ofsapogenins was used to evaluate the change of the quality in Dioscorea Zingiberensis C.H. Wright before or after supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction. The content of sapogeninswas 2.03% and 1.84% respectively in original and depurative sample, which showed thatdepuration of Cu, Cd, Pb in Dioscorea Zingiberensis C. H. Wright by supercritical CO_2fluid extraction had little influence on the active ingredient.

2采用超临界CO_2流体萃取法提取黄姜中甾体皂素，以可见分光光度法测定其含量，得到黄姜原样品及重金属净化后样品中甾体皂素含量分别为2.03％和1.84％，超临界CO_2流体络合萃取黄姜中Cu、Cd、Pb后对其有效成分影响不大。

In this paper, the structure characters of steroidal alkaloids from Buxaceae were discussed. Using the steroidal alkaloids for the chemotaxonomic characters, the evidences of chemotaxonomy and plant systematics of Buxaceae were studied. The interrelations among three genera, Buxus, Pachysandra, and Sarcococca were discussed.

Terpene, alkaloid, steroid, and flavanoid compounds and their compatibility are common in lung system prescriptions.3. The marine phycophyta medicines of LSP were studied by the same method.
