Methods:We ablated the ventricular tachycardia of 12 patients with normal hearts by the catheter, using pace mapping and activation sequence mapping. The former original target was the site where the pacing QRS was entirely consistent with IVT(Idiopathetic Ventricular Tachycardia) attack. And the latter original target was the site of in advance of earliest high frequency and low amplitude local potential on surface electrocardiogram QRS≥20ms, using activation sequence mapping. Results: Among 12 patients, the IVT originated from right ventricle in 2 patients, from left ventricle in 10 patients.
