MethodsⅠMaximal electroshock seizure was adopted to analyse the relative of dose and effect, relative of time and effect, including maximal efficacy and potency of these five extractives in mice given by ig administration.ⅡMetrazol seizure test was used to compare seizure latency, anticonvulsant rate and mortality of mice with every extractives.ⅢPharmacodynamic parameters of five alcoholic extractives were assayed by means of Pharmacological Effective Method.ⅣUsing the model of seizure rats induced by penicillin localized injected in cortex,we studied the effect of extractives on seizure latency, frequency of epileptiform discharge, highest wave of hippocampus EEG(Recoded by RM6240C multichannel physiological signal collection and analysis recorde), the changes of convulsant behaviors and the latency of seizure.

方法①采用最大电休克惊厥模型，分析灌胃小鼠各药的量效和时效关系，比较其效价强度和效能；②采用戊四唑惊厥模型，比较ig小鼠各药的惊厥潜伏期、抗惊厥率和死亡率；③采用药效法，运用数学模式及参数来模拟各药在体内的药效动力学过程；④制备大鼠皮层定位注射青霉素点燃模型，采用RM6240C型多道生理信号采集处理系统记录脑电图，比较ig各药对痫性发作潜伏期及发作程度、痫性放电潜伏期、痫波发放频率及最高波幅的影响；⑤采用HPLC法测定海马区癫痫相关递质的含量，比较各药对Glu、Asp、Gly、GABA的影响。

目的 应用二道血流速度流量仪超声探头测定鼠颈总动脉以反映云南植物药业有限公司提供的灯盏花颗粒对脑血流量的影响；记录小鼠断头后张口喘气时间，观察灯盏花颗粒的抗脑缺血作用方法采用Born方法测定灯盏花颗粒在体内外对AA、ADP及PAF诱导的家兔血小板聚集功能的影响；运用电刺激大鼠颈动脉血栓形成方法，评价灯盏花颗粒对血栓形成的阻抑作用。

But whether the compound composed of them has suppressive effect on absence - like seizures of genetic tremor rats hasnt been reported. Furthermore, the animal models of investigating antiepileptic drugs were mostly induced by chemoconvulant or electrical stimulation. Since genetic factor is more primary in clinical epileptic patients, we used tremor rats fetched in from Japan as experimental animal models. We implanted electrodes in cortical and hippocampus of tremor rats and then recorded the electroencephalograms to observe effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Bombyx Batryticatus, Uncaria and Arisacma Consanguineum on absence - like seizures in tremor rats.

而且以往多以化学致痫剂或电刺激等方法造模进行抗癫痫药物的研究，但在临床的癫痫患者中遗传因素占有相当大的比例，所以本实验应用了从日本引进的具有遗传性癫痫小发作的震颤大鼠作为实验动物模型，通过在震颤大鼠脑皮质和海马慢性安插电极后进行脑电图的记录，观察以蜈蚣、僵蚕、钩藤、制南星四味药为主的复方中药制剂对震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的抑制作用。

To explore the characters of the emotional changes of religious experience and the relationship between religious experience and physiological indicators, we used self note with different pictures to induce emotion, and used the emendatory Plutchik cinque mood scales assess the subjective experiences, and used the polygraph record the physiologic measures and EEG data while the subjects were watching the pictures, and took our experiment on 18 Christians and non Christians, in which there are 9 Christians usually experience the religious experience and 9 have no faith, and all of them are college students.

为了探讨宗教体验的情绪变化特征及其与生理活动的相关，研究采用自编的图片诱发情绪，用修订的Plutchik五分制情绪心境评定量表测定主观情绪体验，用多导生理仪记录被试在观看图片时的各项生理指标及脑电指标，对18名基督徒和非没有任何信仰的被试进行了实验。其中有基督教信仰且都经常会有宗教体验和没有任何信仰的被试各9名，所有被试均为大学生。

In particular, it is unknown how the relevant neural substrates function as a network to mediate perspective-taking during the task requiring understanding other's belief. The current work first developed a new psychological paradigm that excludes potential confounds such as the processing of language, biological motion, episodic memory and causal coherence in the paradigms used in previous studies. I recorded neural activities associated with mental inference task using functional magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalography in order to investigate the functional roles of several brain areas (i.e. precuneus, MPFC, etc.) that engage in understanding other's belief. I also proposed a computational model based on the neuroimaging results that simulated the neurocognitive mechanism underlying cortical dynamics in correct judgment of other's belief.

本文首先发展了一个新的心理学实验范式，排除以往常用&错误信念&范式中与语言加工、生物运动、情景记忆及事件连续性和因果性等方面的混淆，采用功能磁共振成像（functional magnetic resonance imaging， fMRI）和脑电（Electroencephalography， EEG）时频分析等脑成像技术，记录与理解他人信念任务相关的神经活动，通过对行为和脑成像数据的分析，研究楔前叶和内侧前额叶等脑区在理解他人信念任务中的功能意义，并根据脑成像结果，提出一个基于自我和他人视角竞争的计算模型，模拟大脑在理解他人信念时做出正确决策时的认知神经机制。

This study is aimed to address the question whether the early discharges can affect thesilent period and modulate the late discharges and to investigate the possiblerole of dysfunction of primary myelinated afferents in generation of chronicpain. In addition, we also investigate the effect of the precedingA-conditioning stimuli with graded numbers on the late discharges of WDRneurons evoked by a following nociceptive test stimulus that activates bothA- and C-fibers.
