People are required to know and analyze the operating axes of rotary kiln in time in practice, in order to adjust and maintenance it in reason. So The Great Wall Aluminum Corporation of China bankrolled for studying the microcomputer real-time monitoring system of large-scale rotary kiln and commissioned Central South University to develop it.Based on analyzing and comparing the status quo of the monitoring system of rotary kiln, this paper brings forward a new method of monitoring the operating status of rotary kiln. It analyses the system-error and the configuration and demonstrate the feasibility in detail. In the design of hardware configuration it analyzes the principle and speciality of the tailor-made eddy current transducer and PCI-1713 analog input card and the multilevel supervisory network.

本论文首先在分析和比较同内外回转窑检测系统现状的基础上，首次提出了新的回转窑运行状态检测方法，并从系统误差及可行性角度进行了详细的分析和论证；其次，在监测系统硬件结构设计中，详细地分析了多级管理网络的实现，PCI-1713双缓冲区高速数据采集装置的原理、特点、工作过程，以及针对该系统恶劣的工作环境、特定性能要求而设计的特制电涡流传感器的原理、波形特性及性能特点，及为了减小非线性误差而采用计算机软件进行多段线性插补方法实现误差补偿；另外，在系统软件设计中，详细地分析了高速数据采样软件、智能信号处理软件、系统监测软件的实现，分析了采用模糊自适应滤波方法有效地滤除本系统恶劣环境下的各种干扰因素，并简要地介绍了系统分析软件的功能。

With internationally latest studies, the paper also proposes some biquadrate filters which are capable to perform the functions of second-order low pass、 high pass、 band pass、 band stop、 all pass filtering by selecting one of the three inputs or their proper combinations from the same configuration, furthermore whose natural frequency and the quality factor can be tuned independently. Then a continuous-time biquadratic filter using CCCII is proposed, which can be used in hearing aids and in other analog signal processing applications. Lastly a current mode and a voltage mode novel n-order filters of multifunction are presented. Not all both of the n-order filters are electronic tunable,but also they are integrated conveniently and compatible with VLSI technology.

尽量的全面归纳以电流控制传送器为有源器件的有源网络模拟电路、模拟信号处理电路，借鉴国内外最新研究成果，提出两种基于CCCⅡ的双二阶滤波器，这些电路在不需要改变电路结构的情况下，能同时实现低通、高通、带通、带阻或全通多种滤波功能，并且滤波器的特征频率ω_0和品质因数Q可实现独立调节；其中一种基于CCCⅡ的双二阶滤波器，首次提出将CCCⅡ应用于可编程助听器领域；最后设计了两种高阶滤波器，电压模式和电流模式各一种，这两种滤波电路均能实现多种滤波功能，能实现滤波器参数的电调谐，具有易于集成等优点。

Then, on the basis of the functional verification, the system architectures of the radio frequency analog front end and the control logic circuit for the passive UHF RFID transponder are studied and designed with low-power design techniques. The RF AFE circuit includes rectifier, matching network, backscatter, regulator, AM demodulator, voltage reference, local oscillator and power on reset circuit, and so on. The control logic circuit contains clock synchronization module, decoding module, coding module, cyclic redundancy checksum module, power management unit, control unit, shift register and memory.

然后，在功能验证的基础上，重点研究了无源超高频射频识别标签芯片射频模拟前端电路和控制逻辑电路的系统架构，并采用低功耗设计技术对其进行了设计，射频模拟前端电路设计包括了整流器、匹配网络、反向散射电路、稳压器、AM解调器、电压参考源、本地振荡器以及上电复位电路等，控制逻辑电路设计包括了时钟同步模块、解码模块、编码模块、CRC校验模块、功率管理单元、控制单元、移位寄存器和存储器等。
