本文在大型循环流化床脱硫的工业化装置上，进行了脱硫机理和试验研究，取得了大量的试验数据和运行经验。首先进行了进料钙硫比、近绝热饱和温度、SO〓入口浓度、烟气流速及烟气湿度等因素对装置脱硫效率影响以及系统阻力性能等等的基础性实验研究；进一步对脱硫塔内固体颗粒物高倍率循环对脱硫装置性能的影响、过湿现象、电石渣脱硫、团聚现象以及脱硫塔内结垢等问题进行了试验和机理性研究。
