In recent years, capillary electrophoresis has been become an alterative technology for sample analysis and widely used in environmental research due to its extraordinary separation facility, high speed of analysis, low requirement of sample volume and cost.

毛细管电泳技术自身浓度灵敏度比较差的缺点限制了它在环境痕量分析中的应用前景，但是只要适当对样品进行预处理，毛细管电泳技术仍然是具有重要应用价值的分析工具。

The structure and expression pattern of each storage protein was investigated using one-dimensional SDS-PAGE. Our results showed that the protein content of each fraction in endosperm of autotetraploid rice line is mostly higher than that of its corresponding diploid rice line.

结果表明：同源四倍体水稻胚乳蛋白各组分含量与相应的二倍体相比，大部分呈增加趋势；同源四倍体水稻胚乳蛋白的亚基类型与相应的二倍体水稻基本一致，仅在全蛋白电泳和清、球蛋白电泳中各发现1条差异条带。

This study aimed at the problem of low content of protein in plant tissue, low solubility of some components in amphoteric electrolytes and the disturbance of secondary metabolites such as chromatophore, phenols and quinones to the separation of two-dimensional electrophoresis.

Results A 357 bp DNA band was seen in the 2% agarose gel after the PCR product was electrophoresed. After the 357 bp DNA band was recovered and ligated into pMD-18T, human transforming growth factor-beta 3 encoding gene acquired through four-cycle PCR was confirmed by sequencing.

首先观察精油的UVA(320-400nm)吸收度，取前九名有较大吸收之精油及九种过往记载或存疑之精油进一步分析，UVA较大吸收度之前九名精油分别为：肉桂、山鸡椒、甜橙、柠檬、罗勒、葡萄柚、岩兰草、玫瑰、莳萝，九种可能光毒精油为：橙花、佛手柑、茴香、柠檬草、红柑、香茅油、姜油、澳洲檀香油、莱姆；大肠杆菌抑菌圈变化中，柠檬、红柑及葡萄柚精油有明显的扩大现象；pUC119 DNA电泳结果，不同精油於电泳模式中，随UVA照光能量增加产生不等断裂情形，除玫瑰精油无影响，其余精油在UVA照光能量增加下皆有不等的DNA断裂情形发生，须再进一步试验。
