In this thesis, soft starter equipment realized by thyristors power transform circuit is studied. To improve equipment performance, we apply variable reactance technique to AC motor soft starter study. The high voltage AC working winding of reactance is in series with motor winding, while low voltage control winding and thyristors groupware with intelligent controller constitute close loop circuit. We adopt thyristor phase control voltage-regulator mode to control low voltage winding, then control the reactance of high voltage winding, and then arrive at the goal-control the current and voltage of motor AC to realize motor soft starting.

本文研究由晶闸管功率变换电路实现的软起动器装置，为了提高装置的性能，将可变电抗技术应用于交流电机软起动研究中，电抗器的高压交流工作绕组与电动机绕组串接，低压控制绕组与带智能控制器的晶闸管组件组成闭合回路，采用晶闸管相控方式控制低压绕组，从而控制高压绕组的阻抗，以达到对电机电流与电压的控制，最终实现电机软起动的目的。

Based on the developed iron loss of surface-mounted permanent magnet machine of Slemon and Xian Liu, the expressions of the peak and the time rate change of flux density in the teeth and the yoke are derived, considering the beveling edges of the PM. According to the basic concept of the eddy current loss, the analytic calculations of the average eddy current loss density in the teeth and the yoke are presented respectively. Hence, a calculation method for the iron losses of PM with beveling edges is presented.

In this system the motion controlling centers upon regulating the speed of wire feeding and movement of lead screw in each direction.Four motors separately drive the wire-feeding tape roll and the lead screw move respectively following their directions of X, Y, Z axis. If all the motors are controlled by 89C51 directly,it will rise great difficulty for software and hardware implementation. So the suggested solution is to combine the microcomputer with stepper motor driver and control of their motion.

在本系统中运动控制的关键即送丝与各丝杠移动的调节，由四个电机分别驱动X，Y，Z轴方向的丝杠行走以及送丝操作，运动控制部分如果用89C51直接驱动各电机则在软件和硬件实现上都比较困难的，所以选用单片机与步进电机驱动器结合起来控制它们的运动。

根据给定的工作台的切削力、传动精度、行程等确定丝杠为滚珠丝杠副FC1-2004-2.5，由丝杠的尺寸及转矩，选择减速器为XB1-50型的谐波减速器，本根据谐波减速器的输入力矩尺寸及减速比，选择伺服电机为直流伺服电机110SZ07，其转速为10000rpm，然后设计元器件间的联轴器，包括减速器与电机轴间的半圆键套筒联轴器、减速器与丝杠间的平键套筒联轴器，设计轴承，导轨为HJG-D25的滚动导轨，及工作台的总体结构。
