In order to improve the engine's power, emission and the economy of the fuel, we developed a system to investigate the electronic control fuel injection of motorcycle engine. Inspect each parameter real-timely and modify some parameters factitiously to get the best power performance, emission performance and economical performance.

0引言采用电子控制燃油喷射技术是减少机动车排放污染的最有效的方案，它具有反应快、实时性好、控制精度高与控制算法灵活等特点，可以根据发动机运行的不同工况，实现空燃比最佳控制，从而取得良好的排气净化和节油效果；而且相对于原来化油器式的燃油喷射方式来说，电子控制的进气压力损失小，燃油效率高，满足发动机动力性、经济性和排放性要求[1]。

At this time, we have sent personnel to attend international IEC/TC111 activities. Under coordination by the Standard Administration of China, a technical committee is formed in corresponding to the TC111 WG3 (China WG3 working group). The task of forming a working group for test procedures of national standards for the density of toxic substances of electronic and electrical products is completed. The formation of a working group for industry standards for the prevention of pollution caused by electronic information products had been completed in October, 2004. This working group starts on the formation of standards for limits, test standards, leadless soldering standards, and certification and labeling standards.

目前，我们已经派员积极参与了国际 IEC/TC111的活动，在国标委的统一协调下，牵头组织了中国对应 TC111的 WG3的一个技术委员会（目前暂称为中国 WG3工作组）；组建电子电气产品有害物质浓度检测程序国家标准工作组的工作已经完毕；电子信息产品污染控制行业标准工作组已经在2004年10月组建完成，已经开始了制定电子信息产品有毒有害物质的限量标准、检测标准、无铅焊接标准、认证与标识标准的工作

针对常规甲烷催化转化和氧化偶联制备含氧化合物的问题，遵循国际化学科学研究前沿"绿色化学"原则，采用自然界存在丰富的CH_4、H_2O和O_2为原料，在绿色友好的常温大气压无任何催化剂的条件下，采用强电场电离放电加速电子及其激励气体分子的极端物理手段，在反应腔体内进行无任何环境污染的非平衡等离子体化学反应，将气体分子激发、电离、离解成CH_4~+、CH_3~+、CH_4~·、H_2O~+、H_2O~·、O_2~+、O(~1D)等活性粒子，生成气态烃及含氧碳氢化合物，整个反应过程实现零污染、零副产品。

The study of vertical channel with high field effect mobility by Ni induced lateral crystallization, which can form larger grains on channel regions and reduce grain boundary defects. We detect the method of Ni induced lateral crystallization through high field effective mobility, but that accumulates too much Ni on floating N+ region and causes defects and metal contamination. As Ni is used to form silicde and then proceed to low temperature annealing, we can observe the floating region that has no Ni acumination regions or contaminations. This aids us in obtaining good electronic performance of this device, not only the remote field effective mobility but also the vast improvement of sub-threshold swing and on/off currents.

接著，是延续垂直通道的研究，希望能有效的提升电子迁移率，因此以镍金属诱导横向结晶的方式使通道形成较大的结晶，减少矽晶粒之间的缺陷，而在初步的研究，发现以镍金属直接诱导横向结晶的方式，经由低温长时间回火之后，由於镍金属扩散的关系，完成诱导结晶之后，有过多的镍金属聚集在顶部参杂的中间区域，而造成过多的缺陷累积，虽然电子迁移率有效的提升，但整体的电性并不如预期，因此提出先形成镍金属矽化物后，将未反应的镍金属或金属氧化物去除之后，再进行镍金属矽化物诱导横向结晶处理，经由结果观察得知在顶部掺杂区域部分没有明显的镍金属累积或污染，并且得到很好的整体电性，除了电子迁移率有效提升之外，次临界特性以及导通电流都能有效改善。

为了应对WEEE和POHS指令，AOV已成为中国国家质监总局《有害物质检测方法工作组》和中国信息产业部《电子产品污染防治标准工作组》的主任成员，将联合国内外产、学、研、用等企事业单位，展开相关的标准研究和修订工作，特别是加快制定产业急需的材料、工艺、名词术语、测试方法和实验方法等基础标准；研究和建立符合国际条例和中国国情的电子电气设备污染防治标准体系，更好地服务社会，回馈社会！

Measurement of electron energy by Kodak X-omat-V verification film inside the Rando phantom at 100 cm SSD was 3.70MeV, electron energy measured at 3 meters was 3.51MeV. X-ray contamination was measured as 9.5% per six dual fields.

此种方法分别使用六个双照野，由病人的前、后、左前、右前、左后、右后各间隔60度共六个方向照射，每一双照野由水平向上和向下15度照射；荣民总医院选择3MeV电子射束来治疗病人，治疗距离为3公尺，利用擬人假体及柯达X-omat-V验证片实验得电子射束初始能量从3.7Mev变为3.51MeV，六个双照野之X光污染共达9.5%，使用Capintec剂量表及PS-033型电子射束用游离腔测量六个双照野，每一监测单位相当於0.00127 cGy。
