将BTXA行示踪标记配制125I-BTXA水凝胶与125I-BTXA水溶液，进行样品放射性强度测定。12只SD大鼠用随机数字表法分为A、B两组，每组6只，大鼠右侧腓肠肌注射BTXA水凝胶，左侧腓肠肌注射等体积生理盐水作对照，于注射后6个月、12个月切取腓肠肌标本，常规病理HE染色、1%氯化金染色，透射电子显微镜观察组织结构变化。
