电子信息系统

There is no definition of the electronic evidence provided by laws, and the electronic evidence discussing here is computer evidence, which is generated in the operating process of computer or network system, stored as digital format in the computer memory or external storage medium, and testifying the facts by its digital data or information. It is manifested as E-mail, electronic bulletin board, electronic document, electronic signature, electronic chatting record, web-page, web-video, database, etc.

我国法律法规对电子证据并无定义，本文探讨的电子证据是指计算机证据，即在计算机系统或者网络系统运行过程中产生的、以数字形式保存在计算机存储器或外部存储介质中、能够证明案件真实情况的电子数据或信息，其表现为电子邮件、电子公告板、电子文档、电子签名、电子聊天记录、网页、网络视频、数据库等多种形式。

To the disadvantage exposed to us in national and foreign VTS system, and those putted up in application projects, the thesis did a farther study and consummation, and acquired some research fruits, as follows:1. Fulfilled the Eagle Eye function in Electronic Chart Display System.2. Designed a kind of simple algorithm for select chart. By this arithmetic it become true to auto select electronic chart when chart is zoomed.3. The realization of auto acquired field on electronic chart.4. The simulation of target data and error of radar and AIS by software.5. The fusion processing of the dynamic data those are collected from AIS and Radar.6. Resolve the target track problem of radar by the data fusion technology.7. The algorithm design of display field reduce, this function can improve the speed of display.

针对目前国内外VTS系统中暴露出的薄弱点，以及应用实践中表现出的不足本文对综合信息处理与显示系统做了进一步的研究和完善，取得了以下的研究成果： 1、电子海图显示系统中鹰眼图的功能设置与实现； 2、设计一种简易的选图算法，通过该算法实现可在海图放大、缩小时的自动选图； 3、电子海图上自动录取区的实现； 4、实现对雷达和AIS目标数据及其误差的软件仿真； 5、船舶自动识别系统中动态信息与雷达动态信息的数据融合处理； 6、利用数据融合技术解决雷达目标跟踪方面的问题； 7、海图空间信息中显示区域裁减算法的设计，该模块的实现大幅度提高了海图的显示速度。

Using the uniform information channels and the technology of SOAP and COM/DCOM/COM+, information integration among tool management system, ERP/MRPII, CAM and CAPP system is come true. Finally, the distributed tool management system is developed in using mutil-tired Client/Server model as the frame of software. It has the functions of tool general management, searching milling cutting data for CAM by providing the milling cutting data e-book and computer aided tool selection for CAPP by using expert system. The tool management system offers the tool-coding function, too. The study of tool management system in DNC improves the level of tool management and the flexible of arranging production, haleness and the automatic extent of DNC systems.

依托DNC系统统一的、强大的通信平台和采用SOAP、COM／DCOM／COM~+信息集成技术，实现了刀具管理系统和上层管理系统ERP／MRPⅡ、CAD／CAM／CAPP系统、下层数控加工设备之间的信息集成，并采用三层Client／Server软件体系架构开发了相应的分布式刀具管理系统，实现了刀具的日常管理和调度功能，并建立了一套适合DNC系统使用的刀具编码原则和刀具辅助编码系统，应用铣削用量电子手册为CAM提供铣削用量查询功能和运用知识库系统为CAPP提供简易的粗铣加工使用的铣刀类型和刀具材料辅助选取功能，提高了DNC中刀具及相关信息的管理水平和刀具信息集成程度，达到实现DNC系统中刀具信息共享，提高DNC系统的生产组织柔性、健壮性及其自动化程度的目的。
