In this paper, the formation mechanism of amorphous alloys and metastable phases in some binary metallic systems was studied by IBAD method. The mechanical and electrochemical properties of amorphous films were also investigated.

本文使用IBAD方法，研究了若干二元金属系统中非晶和亚稳合金相的形成规律，并对非晶薄膜的力学和电化学性能进行了初步研究。
