目的 探讨电灼联合局部注射草分枝杆菌治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法治疗组应用电灼大范围炭化疣体，并在创面即疣体的基底部注射草分枝杆菌。对照组单纯采用高频电灼治疗。结果两组愈后复发率分别为20.59%、58.82%，前者明显较后者低，两组比较差异有非常显著性（ p ＜0.01）。
