将UNIFAC法应用于甲醇精馏过程数学模拟，计算甲醇-水-癸烷-异丁醇-乙醇五组分体系的汽液平衡数据，从理论上成功地解释了在甲醇精馏过程中加水萃取精馏的原理。

Experiments on purification technologies for the conversion of cornstalk biomass into the industrial product were made to produce cornstalk gas in the down-flow fixed by the gasifier. The experiment focused on the technical procedures for deoxygenation. catalytic cracking of tar, hydrogenation, etc. Quality straw syngas was produced for methanol synthesis. The catalysis of methanol synthesis for the production of cornstalk syngas was earned out in a tubular-flow integral and isothermal reactor under the pressure of 5MPa over Cu-based catalyst C301 (particle size: 0.833mm×0.351mm), a catalyst made in China. Thirty-three sets of test data were obtained.

为了实现秸秆类生物质合成燃料甲醇的工业转化，有效利用生物质能，对下吸式固定床气化炉产生的低热值玉米秸秆燃气进行除氧、分解焦油和配氢等纯化试验，制备出合成甲醇的优质秸秆合成气，在直流流动等温积分反应器中，使用国产C301铜基催化剂，催化剂粒度为20~40目(0.833mm×0.351mm)，在5MPa反应压力下，对玉米秸秆合成气进行催化合成甲醇试验研究，获得33套试验数据。

An alternative way of the synthesis of methanol from syngas is low-temperature methanol synthesis via methyl formate in liquid phase, namely, carbonylation of methanol in the first step, and hydrogenolysis of methyl formate in the second step.

The anode catalyst for direct methanol fuel cell is Pt-W-Sn/C, and it is prepared through dispersing carbon black in distilled water, adding H2PtCl6, tungstate and stannate, stirring to make the metal salt and H2PtCl6 adsorbed fully; dropping reductant to reduce and deposite until complete reaction; washing with distilled water, filtering and drying to obtain black C carried sanitary Pt-W-Sn catalyst. The catalyst has excellent methanol catalyzing activity and low cost, and its use can lower the cost of direct methanol fuel cell greatly and raise the performance/cost ratio of the cell.

一种直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂是Pt-W-Sn/C；其制备方法是将碳黑分散在蒸馏水中，然后加入H2PtCl6、钨酸盐和锡盐，搅拌使得金属盐与H2PtCl6被充分吸附；逐滴加入还原剂使之还原沉积，待反应完全后，用蒸馏水洗涤，过滤，然后于干燥箱中干燥，便得到黑色的C负载Pt-W-Sn三元催化剂；该催化剂具有很好的甲醇催化活性，价格低廉，可以大大降低直接甲醇燃料电池的成本，提高电池的性能价格比和市场竞争能力。

以硬脂酸钠或硝化棉为凝固剂，采用两步法制备工艺，在65℃时进行反应，甲醇：硬脂酸：氢氧化钠钠的最佳比例为91：6.5：1，用两种方法配制出的固体甲醇，同时加入稳定剂、消烟剂、抑制挥发剂、焰火改性剂等，如水合氧化铝作为消烟剂，来提高固体甲醇燃料的综合性能。
