Methods 4-Hydroxy- benzonitrile was treated with sodium hydrogen sulfide and anhydrous magnesium chloride in dimethyl formamide to give thioamide, which was then directly cyclized with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate without separation to give ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(2) in one-pot; then 2 was formylated with Duff reaction adopting hexamethylenetetramine in trifluoroacetic acid to give ethyl 2-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(3); finally, the target compound was obtained by the treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in formic acid.

Abstract］ objective to identify the relationship between serum homocysteine and carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction and effects of foliate,methylcobalamin.methods the concentrations of hcy were determined by means of fluorescence polarization immunoassay and carotid arteries was examined with color doppler ultrasound in 165 patients with cerebral infarction.the subjects were divided into 4 groups according to the severity of lesion of carotid artery.the concentrations of hcy were compared in different groups.the patients with hyperhomocysteinemia received foliate and methylcobalamin.results when lesion of carotid artery became severer,serum hcy was higher.the intima medial thicknesses of carotid artery were significantly decreased in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia who received foliate and methylcobalamin for two years.conclusion hyperhomocysteinemia may play an important role in development of carotid artery atherosclerosis.the intervention of foliate and methylcobalamin may reduce carotid artery atherosclerosis.

摘要］ 目的探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉病变与血清同型半胱氨酸水平的关系及叶酸、甲钴胺长期干预对其影响。方法对165例急性脑梗死患者进行血清hcy的测定及颈动脉超声检查，并按动脉硬化的程度分组，比较不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化患者hcy水平，部分高hcy血症患者给予叶酸、甲钴胺干预，随访2年。结果随着颈动脉病变程度的加重，血清hcy浓度呈上升趋势，高hcy血症干预者动脉内中膜厚度明显减小。结论高hcy血症对颈动脉粥样硬化的形成起重要作用，长期给予叶酸、甲钴胺干预可能减轻颈动脉粥样硬化。

In order to know more about the microcosmic structure of the important biochemical model molecule formamide in aqueous solution, the Optimized Potentials for Liquid Simulations-All Atom model were used in the molecular dynamics simulation for the aqueous solution of FM in the whole concentration range. The radial distribution functions of the solutions were obtained. The interaction between water molecule and FM molecule was analyzed and calculated.

This thesis includes five parts as follows.1. The backgrounds and some relative concepts of this work are briefly introduced. The photochemistry of benzamides and compounds with thiourea functional group is also concisely reviewed.2. Total of fourteen benzamides with different substituted groups have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Better photoreaction time for that kind of compounds at given concentrations is confirmed by tracking its'UV spectrum and GC chromatogram. A representative dibenzophenone photoproduct has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The mechanisms of photoreaction of benzamide have been proposed.3. Total of seven N-chloro(phenylmethylenebenzenamines with different substituted groups and sixty-one thiourea derivatives have been synthesized and structurally characterized.

This work, concentrated on the asymmetric allylation of aldehydes controlled by different chiral auxiliaries prepared from rotational pure tartaric acid, can be divided into three parts.The first part aims to review the developments of chiral drugs and asymmetric synthesis, from which derived the present research topic backgrounds and works.Synthesis and applications of allylation from aldehydes are the second part of the thesis. By optimizing the reaction conditions, such as solvents, temperature, time and chiral auxiliaries like N,N\'-dibenzyl tartamide, N,N\'-p-dimethylphenyl tartamide, N,N\'-o-dimethylphenyl tartamide, N,N\'-o-dichlorophenyl tartamide, N,N\'-a-dinaphyl tartamide, N,N\'-dicyclohexyl tartamide and N,N\'-diphenyl tartamide, ideal experimenttal conditions are obtained according to HPLC monitoring, as well as the auxiliaries\' recoveries experiments.
