Both two sides'superior thyroid arteries mainly appeared to originate from the initiation of the external carotid artery (61.35%); two sides inferior thyroid arteries mainly from the thyrocervical trunk (87.78%), and the ima thyroid arteries from brachiocephalic trunk (88.89%).

甲状腺上动脉多源自颈外动脉起始部(61.35%)；甲状腺下动脉多源自甲状颈干(87.78%)；甲状腺最下动脉多源自头臂干(88.89%)。

56 cases with hyperthyrea were randomized into two groups; group A1 was treated by classic method, B1 was treated by classic method combined with prunrllae oral solution. The size, vessel caliber of thyroidea, volume of blood flow and blood flow rate pre-and post-treatment were measured by color supersonic, meanwhile, 20 normal thyroidea were measured as control group.

56例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为经典治疗组(A1组)和联用夏枯草口服液治疗组(B1组)，治疗前后行甲状腺彩超检查甲状腺大小、实质内的彩色血流清况，同时测量20例正常人作为对照组。

Six months later, the patient was still thyrotoxic and therapy with methimazole 10 mg/day was started. He is now taking methimazole and is euthyroid.

经过六个月的追踪后，病人仍然是甲状腺亢进，所以他开始接受抗甲状腺药物治疗，目前甲状腺功能控制在正常范围内。

Methods Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: group Ⅰ received intraperitoneal injection of L-thyroxine for 42 days to establish a model of thyrotoxic myopathy; group Ⅱ was treated with XYQJT for 30 days after L-thyroxine intraperitoneal injection; group Ⅲ was given normal saline for 30 days after L-thyroxine intraperitoneal injection as control; group IV served as normal control group.

方法36只健康雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组：甲亢肌病模型组10只，腹腔注射甲状腺激素钠盐每天1次，共42d；中药治疗组10只，腹腔注射甲状腺激素钠盐42d后，灌服消瘿强肌汤30d；生理盐水对照组10只，腹腔注射甲状腺激素钠盐42d后，灌服生理盐水30d。

METHODS: Osteoporosis model was prepared with injection of dexamethasonc. Antagonism osteoporosis acupoint paste on acupoints and non-neridian places was administrated to compare with oral recipe for kidney tonification in the treatment of osteoporosis. It took the changes in serum estrogen, bone density, calcitonin/parathyroid hormone, thyrotropic hormone, free T3 and free T4 as the measuring indexes. Immunocyto-chemistry stain and morphological measurement of TSH cell,follicular adenoma of thyroid gland and thyroid globulin were applied in pituitary gland and thyroid gland to observe the therapeutic results.

采用注射地塞米松建立骨质疏松模型，用抗骨松穴位贴剂(antagonism osteoporosis acupoint paste，AOAP)外贴穴位、非经非穴位、并与口服补肾方药比较治疗骨质疏松，以血清雌激素、骨密度、降钙素/甲状旁腺素、促甲状腺激素、游离T3、游离T4的变化为衡量指标，取垂体、甲状腺作促甲状腺激素细胞、C细胞和Tg等免疫细胞化学染色，并形态计量，观察其治疗效果。

Two cases of Langerhans cell histiocytosis of the thyroid confirmed by pathology were reported in this paper. The main clinical feature was enlargement of the thyroids. One patient had hypothyroidism. Meanwhile, the lungs and pituitaries of the two patients were affected.

本文报道了2例甲状腺朗格汉斯细胞增生症患者，均经病理证实，主要临床表现为甲状腺肿大，1例表现为继发性甲状腺功能低减，两例患者均伴有肺部和垂体受累。
