Objective: To explore the feasibility of endoscopic subtotal thyroidectomy through the superior of sternum.

目的：探讨经胸骨上内镜下甲状腺次全切除术的可行性。

Methods: The characteristics of plain CT and contrast-enhanced CT in 29 patients with nodular struma and 13 patients with thyroid carcinoma which were retrospectively analyzed.

对比分析29例结节性甲状腺肿和13例甲状腺癌的CT影像特征。

Results: The tumor had distinct components of carcinoid, struma and some squamous epithelium.

结果：肿物主要由类癌、甲状腺滤泡及少许鳞形上皮组成。

Among these 21 cases,there were 4 cases of pure struma,16 cases of mixed struma and one malignant struma (partially showed thyroid type papillary carcinoma).

其中单纯性甲状腺肿4例，混合性甲状腺肿16例，恶性甲状腺肿1例(部分恶变为甲状腺型乳头状癌)。
