Results 21 death patients caused by Graves' disease, including 8 males and 13 females, whose age was from 31 to 65 years, were investigated. There are 4 cases with thyroid storm, 17 cases with hyperthyroid heart disease, 3 cases with agranulocytosis, 2 cases with cerebral brain infarction, and 1 case with periodic paralysis when admitted to the hospital.

结果 以Graves病为原发病死亡的患者共21例，其中男8例，女13例，年龄31~65岁，并发症有：甲状腺危象4例，甲亢性心脏病17例，粒细胞缺乏症3例，脑梗死2例，周期性麻痹1例。

Patients with acute agranulocytosis complicating infections induced by antithyroid drugs have a rapid onset, infectious rate, and severe disease conditions.

结论抗甲状腺药物致急性粒细胞缺乏引起感染的患者起病急、感染率高、病情重，只要通过临床的积极抢救、治疗和精心护理，就能收到较好的疗效。

In the diease,the GD itself and Antithyroid drug all can cause leukopenia,even agranulocytosis which can cause the infection ,septicemia,shock,e-ven thyroid storm .
