结果：32例甲状腺肿瘤的主要CT表现为密度不均22例，边界不清19例，不规则坏死15例，囊性变12例，CT判断甲状腺肿瘤侵犯气管、食管、颈动脉鞘和颈部或锁骨上淋巴结肿大转移分别为：14例、6例、5例和8例。
