Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Tiam 1 expression in 89 cases of primary tumor and metastatic lymph node of thyroid carcinoma.

结果淋巴结转移癌组织中Tiam1的表达显著高于甲状腺癌原发灶中的表达(P.05)；伴发转移的甲状腺癌组织比未发生转移的甲状腺癌组织的Tiam1表达明显增强(P.05)；甲状腺髓样癌、未分化癌组织中Tiam1的表达显著高于乳头状癌、滤泡癌中的表达(P.05)；高临床分期甲状腺癌组织中的Tiam1表达明显高于低临床分期中的表达(P.05)。

The number of abnormal structure of thyroid gland of B group was significantly higher than that of A and D groups(P .05).The abnormal number by blood biochemistry detection of A, B, C group was significantly higher than that of D group(P.05). Conclusions : The thyroid gland volume and blood biochemistry abnormal number of patients of type 2 diabetes was obvious increase than normal control group.

结果：A组、B组、C组甲状腺体积较D组明显增加(P.05)，B组甲状腺体积较A组、C组明显增加(P.05)；B组甲状腺肿大例数较A组、C组、D组明显增多(P.05)；C组甲状腺结构异常例数较A组、B组、D组明显增多(P.05)，B组甲状腺结构异常例数较A组、D组明显增多(P.05)；A组、B组、C组的血液生化指标异常数较D组明显增多(P.05)。

Results : Thirty－ two lingual thyroids included asymptomatic 11 and symptomatic 21, and completely ectopic 16, incompletely ectopic 16 cases. There were 16 cases treated with thyroid hormone,and this method failed only in one case. Eight cases underwent surgical excision and postoperative pathologic examination showed 2 cases of nodular goiter, 2 cases of thyroid adenoma, 1 case of follicular carcinoma and 3 cases of normal thyroid tissue.

结果：32例舌根甲状腺无症状者11例，有症状性者21例，完全性异位16例，部分性异位16例，16例给予甲状腺素治疗仅1例无效，8例行手术切除术后病理显示2例腺瘤性甲状腺肿、2例甲状腺腺瘤、1例甲状腺滤泡癌和3例正常甲状腺组织。
