利用LH-750全自动血细胞分析仪，从我院近3年(2005年1月1日至2008年7月30日)儿科住院贫血患儿中共发现大红细胞贫血患儿96例，上述大红细胞贫血患儿进行了详细的病史采集和体查、网织大红细胞计数、外周血及骨髓形态学、肝功能测定，甲状腺功能测定等，依据上述资料确定病因诊断。
