Article 8 After preregistration completion, Party A shall successively consign Party B and Party C to fulfill REACH formal registration service, otherwise, the deposit paid by Party A will not be returned.

第八条 完成预注册后，甲方应当继续委托乙方及丙方完成 REACH 正式注册服务，否则甲方交付的定金不予返还

If the Works and any materials rendered and/or used during the performance of the contract infringes any other party's patent, copyright, trademark or any other proprietory rights, Party B shall bear the legal responsibility; and Party A ,after its payment of the damages to the third party, shall be entitled to recourse against Party B.

如果因为乙方在履行本合同时所提供或使用的任何材料侵犯任何第三人专利、著作权、商标或其他专有权利等侵权行为，应当由乙方承担法律责任。如果甲方支付了第三人的赔偿款，甲方有权向乙方追偿。

Party B has the right to refuse violations and compelling operation of Party A,also Party B has the right to ask for correction and impeaching to the relevant departments when Party A ignores safety and health behavior of Party B.

第二十一条乙方有权拒绝甲方的违章及强令冒险作业，对甲方及其管理人员漠视乙方安全和健康的行为，有权要求改正并向有关部门检举、控告。

1 Before the hand-over of the standard workshop, Party A, if asked by Party B, shall install the power supply equipments for the workshop; under the criterions of "high power and low distribution" and "One Meter Per Unit", power capacity rate is 250KVA; the fee for the application of power supply is paid by Party B.
