Party B shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity within the aforementioned territory in the duration of this Agreement and submit to Party A all patterns andor drawings and description for prior approval.

在本协议有效期内，乙方在上述经销地区所作广告宣传的一切费用，由乙方自理。乙方须事先向甲方提供宣传广告的图案及文字说明，由甲方审阅同意。

If PartyA fails to claim the samples within those 15 days, Party A is regarded as having abnegated all rights over the samples, and Party B has the right to dispose the samples as it deems appropriate.

自合同解除之日起，甲方送检的样品，由乙方代为保存15日，逾期甲方未领回，则视甲方放弃对该样品的全部权利，由乙方按其规定处理。

In the event a third party claims its rights for the ownership of the said products with the ruling of a court (or the reward of an arbitral institution) or a confiscation as punishment is made to such products by a state organ pursuant to law, Party B shall pay Party A a sum of fine for breach of contract equal to 30% of the total price of the purchase order and indemnifies all losses arising from such in addition to the refund of the sum already paid.

如任何第三方经法院裁决有权对上述产品主张权利或国家机关依法对产品进行没收查处的，乙方除应向甲方返还已收款项外，还应按采购订单总价的30％向甲方支付违约金并赔偿由此给甲方造成的一切损失。

When the Lease Contract is expired and Party A need to withdraw the House or dissolve the contract, Party B shall return the House and equipments to Party A; in case of reletting, Party B shall negotiate with Party A 3 months in advance (or more than 3 months) and a new contract is signed.

租赁期届满且甲方需求收回房屋或解除合同之日，应交回原承租房屋和设备给甲方；如需继续承租房屋，应提前3个月（大于3个月）与甲方协商，双方另订合同。

During the contract period, when the Second Party encountered an injured, crippled or death accident on business, the employer would help the Second Party to claim for compensation to insurance agent.

到达阿联酋后甲方为乙方办理其工伤保险，（保险名称及额度以公司统一规定为准），因此如果乙方在执行合同期间发生意外工伤及伤亡事故，则甲方负责为乙方办理保险索赔，索赔款项扣除事故处理费用后由甲方全额转交乙方或乙方家属，乙方及家属不得再提出任何额外附加条件。

According to this agreement, licensors of both parties should confirm auction quantity by signature on 30 every month within period of service. Party A should send payment notify to party B's finance department in terms of the confirmation letter. And the party B should wire fees to the account designated by party A within 30 days from receiving the notification.

6.1 甲方根据本协议内容，在服务期内每月30日由双方授权人签字确认当月竞价服务数量，甲方根据该确认书在次月1日将付款通知送达乙方财务部，乙方在收到付款通知之日起30天内将该笔服务费用汇入甲方公司指定帐户。

In case of the leased vehicle out of function caused by accident, Party A shall provide free substitute vehicle for Five (5) days to Party B who has no liability and charge Sixty (60) per cent rent of the substitute vehicle rent beyond five days, party A will not provide free substitute vehicle for Party B who bear liability of the accident. In case of vehicle general repair, Party A shall provide substitute vehicle for Party B freely.

若乙方在使用车辆过程中发生交通事故而造成车辆无法使用的，因无责事故者，甲方提供5天以内的同类型的代用车，不再加收费用，5天以上的加收更换车租金的60%，对于有责事故的，甲方不免费提供替换车；因车辆正常维修而造成无法使用车辆的，甲方将为乙方提供同类型车辆供乙方使用。
