If the samples remain unclaimed when it preserved, Party A is regarded as having abnegated all rights over the samples, and Party B has the right to dispose the samples as it deems appropriate.

对于领回样品，自报告领取之日或报告邮寄之日起，乙方保存60天，超过保存期后，如仍未领取样品，则视甲方将放弃对该样品的全部权利，由乙方按其规定处理。

Handbook and other rules and regulations legally stipulated by Party A are annexes of this Contract.

乙方在交运甲方货物中由于包装不妥或其性质发生变化而腐蚀污染其他货物，乙方应承担由此产生的一切责任和损失。

Party B should positively and initiatively help Party B's attorneys to finish all deputizing work and offer relevant convenience according to the needs of the real situations

3〉甲方应积极、主动地配合乙方律师完成代理事项所从事的各项工作，并根据实际情况需要为乙方律师提供相应便利
