Party B undertakes to cooperate in full with Party A in handling the relevant formalities to sell and hand-over of the Premises.

乙方承诺充分配合甲方办理该单元的出售及交接手续，不影响新业主开始继受出租方在本合同项下的权利义务。

Party B's failure to cooperate for the hand-over shall not affect the assumption of the rights and obligations of this Contract by the new owner.

乙方须在接到甲方通知之日起按本合同向新业主支付租金，否则须承担本合同项下的逾期付款违约责任。

Title to such information and the interest related hereto shall remain with Party A at all time.

该等信息的所有权和与此有关的利益在任何时候都归甲方所有。

Party A shall provide labor safety and hygiene education for Party B in order to prevent the industrial accident and reduce the occupational hazards.

甲方对乙方进行劳动安全卫生教育，防止劳动过程中的事故，减少职业危害。

Party B has no obligation to be responsible for Party A's any indirect or punitive loss arising from this contract or is relevant to this contract, no matter this obligation is arising from breach of contract or infringement or strict responsibility, or other conditions, no matter whether Party B has been informed of the possibility of Party A has been influenced by such damages.

乙方无义务对甲方产生于本合同或与本合同相关的任何间接的、或惩罚性的损失负责，无论该类责任系基于违反合同、或基于侵权或严格责任、或基于其他情况而产生的，也无论乙方是否已被告知其受到该类损害的可能性。

To indemnify Party A for any loss of damage to the premises from negligent act or omission of Party B or any officer, director, employee, guest, visitor, servant, agent licensee or invitee of Party B (each referred to hereinafter individually as an "associate"), to permit Party A or his authorized representatives to enter the premises to repair any such loss or damage at the expenses of Party B.

9.15 保证赔偿由于乙方或与乙方有关系的官员、上司、雇员、客人、雇佣工人、代理、执照持有者或被邀请人等的粗心及疏忽造成的房屋的损害或损失，并允许甲方或其代理人在事先通知后进入房屋，对房屋的损失或损害进行弥补及修复，在此所发生的费用由乙方负担。

To indemnify Party A for any loss or damages to the leased property from negligent act or omission of Party B or any officer, director, employee, guest, visitor, servant, agent licensee or invitee of Party B (each referred to hereinafter individually as an "associate"), to permit Party A or his authorized representatives with advance notice to enter the leased property to repair any such loss or damage at the expense of Party B.
