With the model of cerebral ischemia for 20 min and reperfusion for 10 min, effects of DDPH on the superoxide dismutases activity and malondialdehyde content in brain tissue and pathological changes were studied.

采用断颅，iv饱和MgCl2溶液及结扎双侧颈总动脉和迷走神经等法造成小鼠脑缺血模型，观察1-(2，6-二甲基苯氧基)-2-（3，4-二甲氧基苯乙氨基）丙烷盐酸盐对小鼠脑缺血后存活时间的影响；采用小鼠脑缺血（20 min）再灌注(10 min)模型，观察DDPH对脑组织超氧化物歧化酶活性，丙二醛含量及组织病理损伤的影响。
