These antibiotics includes Metronidazole Buccal Tablets, Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate for Injection, Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection, Clarithromycin Tablets, Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate.

本文选择拟注册的抗生素类药物甲硝唑口颊片、注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠(Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate for Injection)、注射用头孢曲松钠(Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection)、克拉霉素片和炎琥宁(Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate)为研究对象，应用紫外分光光度法进行鉴别、检查和含量测定研究。

同时，在相关的临床症状和体征的多元线性逐步回归分析中发现，唇色紫暗、舌质紫暗、舌脉曲张、下肢肌力减弱、偏身麻木、头痛，睑下青黑、精神萎靡、舌有瘀斑、言謇失语、面色晦暗、肌肤甲错、瘫肢疼痛不移、肌肤青紫/有瘀斑及脘腹胀满对脑梗塞血瘀证诊断的影响较大；将单因素分析有显著性意义的症状、体征变量，代入贝叶斯逐步判别分析，结果发现唇色紫暗、舌脉曲张、爪甲紫暗、偏身麻木、舌质紫暗、言謇失语、睑下青黑、头痛、瘫肢温度降低、下肢肌力下降等对血瘀证的诊断能力较强，而且在随后的交互检验中也显示了较好的稳定性。
