由空气作用

Hot air enters into stirring and crushing and drying chamber from the botton of drier with suitable atomizing speed. It exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotating effect to raw material. Therelore raw material is granulated through centrifuge, sheafing, impacting and friction effect. It strengthens the process of heat exchange.

热空气由入口管以适宜的喷动速度从干燥机底部进入搅拌粉碎干燥室，对物料产生强烈的剪切、吹浮、旋转作用，于是物料受到离心、剪切、碰撞、摩擦而被微粒化，强化了传质传热。

This removal of air from the pump casing produces a partial vacuum on the pump inlet ,here the fluid is trapped between the teeth of the upper and lower gears and the pump casing .continued rotation of the gears forces the fluid out of the pump discharge .

这种泵内空气运动使泵吸入口处形成了真空，于是外部油箱的液体在大气压的作用下，由泵的入口进入，聚集在上下齿轮和泵壳体之间，齿轮连续的旋转使液体流出泵的出口。

Based upon the experimental results, including threshold values under static loading,the effects of alternating loading and room temperature creep,as well as metallographic observations of the fractography,it is concluded that notwithstanding stress corrosion or corrosion fatigue in aqua ammoniae,or fatigue in air,the cracks always initiate at the site subject to maximum normal stress(θ=-110°)along the notched surface,and then propagate along the maximum shear stress direction from that site(α=-35°).

由门槛值的测量、交变载荷的作用、室温蠕变的影响、断裂过程的金相观察及断口形貌等结果，可以确认；黄铜不论是在氨水中应力腐蚀或腐蚀疲劳，还是在空气中疲劳，裂纹都从Ⅱ型缺口试样的最大正应力处(0=-110°)萌生，并沿该处的最大剪应力方向(α=-35°)扩展。

According to the running state of the Boiler in Datang Huxian County Second Power Plant, the steam atomizing oil gun was reconstructed to the air atomizing oil gun. The compressed air was used to the atomizing medium of the oil gun that a great quantity of the steam was reduced when the boiler had been no running and steady boiling. Definitely the steam may be supplied by the steam turbine the fourth pulling out section,oil gun's use was not limited by the pressure of the atomizing steam at lower load. It has been realized the energy conservation efficiency function.

大唐户县第二发电厂根据锅炉运行的实际情况，通过将蒸汽雾化大油枪改造为空气雾化油枪，采用压缩空气作为油枪雾化的介质，大大降低燃煤锅炉起停及稳燃时蒸汽耗量，辅汽联箱不需要冷段再热部分供汽，完全可以由汽轮机四段抽汽供汽，油枪的使用不受低负荷时雾化汽源压力低的限制，达到了节能增效的作用。
