The city has well transportation with neighborhoods become a megalopolis. They can share their society, economy, culture and resource. The mega city needs to operate efficiently. The population and globalization catalyze the cities in Asia. The density of space development and the efficiency of the operating become the territorial accent. This study is about globalization to arise from mobility space. Taichung city become a megalopolis that is center. The city has ambition to become an international city. It needs to know, how to affront that spaces of ambulant city advance maneuver.

在面对城市规模巨大化下，城市运作的效率成为发展上的方向，而其中以亚洲城市由於人口及在全球化的催化下，於空间上发展的密度与使用上的效率更具有区域上的特色，故本研究试图在全球化下的流动空间的想法上，重新为已具有都会区人口规模的台中市，寻求一个城市目标朝向国际化发展的城市，应如何面对流动城市的发展策略。

The rheological character of a polymer often appears as shear-thinning. Most polymers behaviour in a solution can be explained by the polymer chain or hard sphere theory. Other than that, shear-thickening polymer solution also exists. Its behavior can be explained by dilatant theory, which suggests that the shear-thickening of the solution is due to the swelling of the polymer particles. This phenomenon often occurs in suspension or emulsion. Solution exhibits a mixed behavior can also be found whose behavior is such that shear-thinning occurs under low shear force and shear-thickening occurs under high shear force. Under this circumstance, the viscosity versus shear force graph exhibits a spoon shaped curve. The rheological study can be applied to the dispersion of paint which can predict the dispersion effect of various polymer materials in solution.

We described that the nitro group is a stronger electron withdrawing and meta activating characters than the imide group, the amino and hydroxy are both electron donating groups and had ortho, para activating characters. The methyl group might have a steric hindrance effect in this reaction. Our results indicated that methyl group at the ortho position of the amino group on the benzene ring, the steric hindrance effect became stronger.

The results of in situ DRIFTS on propylene oxidation show that the allyl species originated from α-H abstraction of propylene were located at the wavenumbers of 1454 cm~(-1) and 1427 cm~(-1). The rate-determining step is the abstraction of an α-H abstraction from a lattice oxygen linked to a bismuth ion to form a π-allyl intermediate coordinated to a molybdenum ion. According to the phytosociological theories and methods of Braun-Blanquet's school, the regional savanna vegetation of the dry-hot valleys of Yuanjiang river had been investigated. Based on the principle of fidelity degree, the typical 110 releves taken from every sampling stands of the dry-hot valleys were sorted up from below to upper into 15 Associations, then into 5 Alliances, 2 Orders and 1 Class. A synoptic classification system of Class-Order-Alliance-Association was established for the purpose to reflect deeply the characteristics of all syntaxa there in the aspect of plant component and their abundance-dominancy, presence, cover coefficient, life form, growth form, and ecological environment, community structure, species types and so on.
