To improve the water efficiency of turf grasses, the effects of mowed heights(5, 10, 15 cm and without mowing) of three kinds of turf grasses (Poa pratensis, Festuca arundinacea, Lolium perenne) on water consumptions were studied using portable lysimeters under full water supply conditions. Water consumptions of the three kinds of turf grasses were estimated from experimental data with water balance model.

为了研究草坪修剪管理的节水效果，采用小型排水式蒸渗仪，通过田间实验研究了充分供水条件下3种草坪草不同修剪高度(留茬高度：5、10、15 cm和不修剪)处理对耗水量的影响，并根据水量平衡原理计算得到了3种草坪草的耗水量。

The results showed that Chlorothalonil 75 % WP,Thiram 50 % WP,Prochloraz 25 % EC and Mancozeb 70 % WP were good fungicides against C. cassiicola,with control efficacy 92.71 %,89.16 %,87.31 % and 73.20 %,respectively.

试验结果表明：所选的4种药剂75%百菌清可湿性粉剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂、25%咪鲜胺乳油和70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对黄瓜褐斑病的田间最高防效可分别达到92.71%、89.16%、87.31%和73.20%，是防治黄瓜褐斑病的优良杀菌剂。

A large amount of nitrogenous fertilizer that is not absorbed by crops or evaporated into the air is easily leached transport and accumulated in the shallow vadose zone. The accumulated nitrogen is released again and leached down into subsoils and groundwater, causing pollution. The process is mainly affected by climate, soil structure and microorganism transformation, etc.

田间施肥后，未挥发和被作物吸收的剩余N素易淋失运移，引起在浅层包气带土壤中的蓄积，且又易再释放进入下层土或地下水中形成污染，并主要受气候、土质结构、微生物作用等的影响。

A field experiment of 40 cm subsoiling under no-tillage 2 years later was operated from 2005 to 2006. Based on the data of soil moisture and crop yield, the physical basis of subsoiling for water conservation and yield increasing was analyzed.

土壤免耕第3年的基础上深松40cm，2005~2006年连续两年通过田间试验观测深松对土壤水分的影响，分析深松保墒增产的机理。

The results showed that through utilizing low-humified sphagnum peat to amend sandy soil, the total porosity, field capacity, saturated capacity were increased, and water retention of the medium was improved. The degree of medium shrinkage was increased with the increase of peat in media.

研究结果表明：用腐质化程度低的高位草炭改良砂土，改良基质的孔隙度、田间持水量、饱和含水率显著增加，基质保水能力提高；干旱处理过程中体积收缩程度也随基质中草炭含量的增加而增大。

The experiment with 9 treatments including 3 growth stages: from wheat seedling to jointing, from wheat jointing to flowering and from wheat flowering to maturity and 3 water gradients: the capacity of water in field from 30% to 40%, from 50% to 60% and from 70% to 80% was designed and the content of protein and nucleic acid and the osmotic potential of winter wheat leaf were measured for the research on drought stress affecting them.

方法］将小麦生育期划分为出苗至拔节、拔节至开花、开花至成熟3个阶段，同时设3个水分梯度，即田间持水量的30%~40%、50%~60%、70%~80%，共9个处理，测定冬小麦叶片的蛋白质、核酸含量和叶片渗透势，分析干旱胁迫对不同生育期冬小麦叶片蛋白质和核酸含量的影响。

The results showed that tillage had stronger compaction effect on Red soil. By analyzing retention properties, water content was higher in the same suction for Red soil. Field capacity and wilting coefficient were higher for Red soil than those for Lou soil, but effective moisture and saturated hydraulic conductivity were lower for Red soil. For Red soil, Lateral infiltration ability was stronger, infiltration rate was greater than one number degree for Lou soil and preferential flow occurred easily.

结果表明：耕作片红壤有较强的压实作用；从持水特征分析，同一吸力下红壤的含水量较高，田间持水量和凋萎系数也高于塿土，而有效水含量略低于塿土，饱和导水率却低于塿土1个数量级；从入渗特征分析，红壤的侧渗能力很强，入渗率比塿土高1个数量级，容易发生大孔隙流。

为了了解云南省烟草青枯病的危害情况，指导病害预测预报与综合防治；2004年至2006年，对云南省烟草青枯病的发生进行了调查，对田间采集的烟草茎下部黑色坏死症状样品进行了病原菌分离。

In this research, we employed 260 wheat cultivars selected from the different wheat-growing areas in China to be as materials for identifying vernalization gene loci of Vrn-A1, Vrn-B1, Vrn-D1 and Vrn-B3 by using STS markers and by field growth examination together, in order to make clear the effects of growth habit in wheat on dominant-recessive regarding four vernalization gene locus.
