During the period of AFB1-treatment, group A and B were fed with the food containing 9.3 and 2.3 g/kg of Jin-pu respectively, while Group C was fed with normal food only. Eight weeks later, the autoptic liver tissues from each animal were checked for number and size of γ-glutamyltranspeptidase-positive hyperplastic liver cell foci. RESULTS: Number and size of AFB1-induced γ-GT foci by both high and low dosages of Jin-pu were inhibited.

用AFB1处理各组动物，高、低剂量组大鼠在接受AFB1期间分别喂含量为9.3和2.3g/kg的金蒲抑瘤片混合饲料，对照组喂基础饲料。8周后处死动物，观察各组动物肝组织内γ-谷氨酰转肽酶阳性肝细胞增生(γ-glutamyltranspeptidase-positive hyperplastic liver cell，γ-GT)灶的数量和大小。

METHODS: Twenty-four male Sprague Dawley rats were averagely and randomly divide into group A, B and C, fed with normal diet, routine high-fat diet and routine high-fat diet plus sucrose, propylthiouracil, and sodium cholate, respectively.
