We ana- lysed the general situation of medical demaned and health service utilization in Nanchang.A calculating method meeting the city medical De- mended and health service utilization in our country was established.

分析了本市医疗需求和卫生服务利用量的基本情况，建立了较为符合我国城市医疗需求和卫生服务利用量的预测方法。

Effect of each test condition on organic matter removal rate has been examined. The results show that in coagulation-flocculation agreeable conditions are coagulation PAC, stirring rate 150rpm, flocculation PAM, doses 700mg/L, 3mg/L ,respectively, pH 6.0, precipitation time 20min; in treatment by flotation, flotation agent oxygenized paraffin soap, dose 333mg/L, flotation time 10min; in treatment by ultrasonic, ultrasonic power 1.25w/mL, inception temperature 60℃, radiated time 40min.

试验结果表明，混凝的适合条件为：凝聚剂为PAC，搅拌强度为150r/min，絮凝剂为PAM，用量分别为700mg/L和3mg/L，pH值为6.0，沉降时间为20min；气浮的试验条件为：气浮药剂为氧化石蜡皂，用量为333mg/L，气浮时间为10min；超声波处理的试验条件为：超声功率为1.25w/mL，起始温度为60℃，处理时间为40min。

Some processing condition such as consumption of monomer, initiator, meutralization degree and polymerizing temperature were explored.

It was showed that:ER65 had better sizing on second fiber difficult to sizing,the dosage of ER65 cut down by 20% in comparison with saponified rosin while by30% with ordinary dispersed rosin size.

试验情况表明，[1]乳液施胶剂ER65应用于难施胶的二次纤维，能获得良好的施胶效果；[2]在施胶效果相同的情况下，与皂化松香相比，采用ER65乳液施胶剂，可节约胶料用量的20%左右；与普通分散松香胶相比，施胶剂用量可以减少30%左右。

Experiments show that different ingredients and their quantity, seasoning quatity and their proportion, ingredients form and putting time and other factors will have corresponding effect on starching result.

The experiment results shown that: 1 the smaller the pH value, the smaller the use amount of alkaline metal and the alkali earth metal electrolyte demulsifier, when the pH value was 3, the waste fluid could be demulsified no any demulsifier and the use amount of the demulsifier did not increase remarkably along with the wiredrawing fluid concentration increased. 2 Using polymeric ferric sulfate as coagulant demulsifying, when the pH value was 8.4, the best adding amount was 40 mL per liter wastewater and the best precipitation time was 4 hours. Then the COD concentration was 480 mg/L, reaching the water quality requirements to enter the sewage treatment plant.
