There are obvious difference among the content of the proteins in Green beaus which were cultured in extract solution of seven poisonous mushrooms, and it is thought that α-amanitin in extract solution of these mushrooms can inhibit the function of RNA polymerase Ⅱ in eukaryoctic cells and further inhibit the synthsis of protein.

用鹅膏菌属含α-毒伞肽的毒素粗提液培养新鲜绿豆，结果在36小时后，各种不同毒苗的毒素粗提液培养的绿豆生长情况有明显不同，用紫外吸收法测定蛋白质含量，发现毒素粗提液培养的绿豆细胞中蛋白质含量比蒸馏水培养的有明显下降，这表明α-毒伞肽的作用机理的确是通过抑制RNA聚合酶Ⅱ而寻致蛋白质合成减少。

In this paper, the synthesis of polyamide acid resin, with 4, 4′-diam-inodiphenyl ether and pyromellitic dianhyride as monomers and dimethylacetamide as solvent, is reported; the preparation of polyimide fiber from PAA resin by dry- spinning method is described; and the effects of various factors of operating conditions upon the mechanical properties of the fiber is discussed.

In this paper, the improvement of synthetic method of 2-acetylaminotropone is introduced. 3-Acetyltropolone reacted with low concen-tration methylamine solution and solvent was directly evaporated in reduce pres-sure to give 2-acetyl-7 -methylaminotropone in good yield. The compound reacted with phenyltrimethylammonium tribromide to give two new compounds.

本文介绍2-乙酰基-7-甲胺基酮合成方法的改进——用挥发性小的低浓度甲胺溶液与3-乙酰基酚酮反应；和采用直接减压蒸除溶剂法分离产品，得到较好产率的2-乙酰基-7-甲胺基酮；用化合物与三溴化苯基三甲铵反应，得到两种至今未见文献报道的新化合物。
