We also discovered that selenium can decrease hematolysis and effects function of vacuole toxin of HP. morphological conversion from spiralto coccoid forms occurredwhen HP was caltured with selenium and most of coccoid forms had fragmentary flagella and pilus; the effection of selenium to activity of urease, catalase, alkaline phosphatase is not exist or not evidence; selenium enable pET32a-vacA-E. coli BL21 which can express VacA produce yellow lipochrome, and the color become deeper with increasing of concentration of selenium; selenium can decrease expression of recombined VacA by restrain the growth of pET32a-vacA-E. coli, but can not influence activity and gene equence of VacA; selenium can enhance the suppression effect of recombined VacA for gastric cancer cell, depress the index of cell multiplication and the forming rate of colony, decrease the number of cell in S period, increase total of cell in G period; After purified, the recombined VacA can be identified by VacA antibody.

结果：体外实验结果表明：一定浓度的硒作用HP后，HP菌落数量随着硒浓度的增加而减少，菌落颜色由灰白色变为砖红色，溶血现象随硒浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而逐渐消失，HP的形态由弯曲形变为球形或椭圆形，鞭毛及菌毛出现脱落现象；硒对尿素酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性无影响或影响不明显；一定浓度的硒能使表达VacA的pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21工程菌产生脂溶性砖红色色素，颜色随硒浓度增加而加深；一定浓度的硒通过抑制pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21工程菌的生长，减少重组VacA表达量，但不影响其空泡毒活性及编码基因序列；硒能增强重组VacA对胃癌细胞的抑制作用，使细胞分裂指数和集落形成率降低、S期细胞数量减少，G1期细胞总数增加；纯化后的VacA重组蛋白可被VacA抗体识别，具有良好的抗原性。

In this study, nine aspects had been carried out, which included the condition optimization of inducing silkworm asexual reproduction; the effective technique of obtaining unfertilized eggs from virginal moth; the investigation of asexual reproductive genetic resources on bivoltine silkworm races; the creating of bivoltine female asexual reproductive lines; the genetic effect analysis of silkworm asexual reproductive character; the eggs protein study on different female lines; growing and developing comparison between asexual reproductive line and its sexual parent; RAPD study on asexual reproductive character; the utilization of asexual reproductive lines.

本论文主要研究内容包括：家蚕无性繁殖诱导条件的优化；从家蚕处女蛾获取未受精卵的实用技术研究；二化性家蚕品种无性繁殖特性的遗传资源调查；二化性雌蚕无性繁殖系的构建；家蚕无性繁殖性状的遗传效应分析；家蚕无性繁殖品种的蛋白质研究；家蚕无性繁殖品种与其两性亲本生长发育对比研究；控制家蚕无性繁殖性状的基因的RAPD分子标记探索以及家蚕无性繁殖系的利用研究等九个方面，取得的主要结果如下

The research results indicate that LED integrated photopanel as interior illuminant, which emit monochromic light such as red light(660～680nm)and blue light(430～450nm), not only cover with spectrums absorbed by the plant or algae for photosynthesis, enhance the light energy absorbed by chlorophyll a and the growth of Spirulina platensis, increase greatly microalgal biomass and the its content of photosynthetic pigments; but also decrease enormously the absorption spectrums not need for photosynthesis, save energy at more than 38.75%.

从LED集成光电板的光电特性、光热效应、光衰减性、光辐射特征与植物和藻类光吸收特征的相匹配性及LED辐射单色光对螺旋藻的光合色素含量的影响等几方面，分析研究了LED集成光电板作为光生物反应器内部光源的特性及可行性，研究结果表明，LED集成光电板作为光生物反应器的内部光源，它所发射的单色光谱红光660～680nm、蓝光(430～450nm，不仅能覆盖植物和藻类光合作用所需要吸收的光谱能带，促进叶绿素a对光能的吸收和螺旋藻的生长，增强光合作用，使细胞生物量与光合色素含量显著提高；而且不被吸收的光谱减少，节能达38.75％，无疑它将是光生物反应器潜在最有效的光源。
