结果：残耳软骨细胞在体外培养时随代数增加呈异染性的糖胺多糖减少，第1、3代Ⅱ型胶原阳性细胞比例约68％/～71％，第5代为23％、显著降低；冻存后第3代为65％，与同代数的细胞没有差别，100ng/ml浓度的CDMP-1可以将第4代细胞的阳性比例维持在66％，而且冻存和生长因子不会引起细胞周期的变化。
