The pH value in soil was significantly increased in litter aqueous extract of four decomposition stages. The NH+4-N concentration was significantly decreased in soil amended with litter aqueous extract of 10-day decomposition which promoted the growth of Aerobic azotobacter and Ammonifier but inhibited the growth of Aerobic cellulose-decomposer. Available phosphorus concentration was significantly increased and phenolic acid content was significantly decreased in soil amended with litter aqueous extract of 60-day decomposition which inhibited the growth of Aerobic azotobacter but promoted the growth of Aerobic cellulose-decomposer.

不同分解时间的凋落物浸提液均造成了土壤pH值的显著升高；分解10d的凋落物浸提液对土壤铵态氮的含量具有显著的降低作用，对土壤好气性自生固氮菌和氨化细菌的生长均具有显著的促进作用，而对好气性纤维素分解菌的生长具有抑制作用；分解60d的凋落物浸提液显著地降低了土壤酚酸含量，对土壤有效磷含量具有显著的升高作用，对好气性自生固氮菌的生长具有抑制作用，而对好气性纤维素分解菌的生长具有促进作用。

进一步测试表明：4株乳酸菌在30℃培养时，生长最好；在pH3.5~4.0时生长良好；4株乳酸菌在10% NaCl的环境中均能生长，其中以2%~6%的NaCl浓度内生长最适宜；属兼性厌氧菌；对大肠杆菌产生一定的抑制作用。

objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

In this study,we focus on the interaction between nuclear modifier gene MTO2 and aminoglycosides,and have received the following innovations.1,We here report first that the knockout of MTO2 significantly inhibited mtDNA p_(454)~R mutant's sensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics.Here are the results:(1)In neomycin GYP medium,when mitochondria genes were wild type,whether MTO2 knockout or not,the growth of yeast strains has no significant difference;when mitochondria genes were complete deletion,whether MTO2 knockout or not,the growth of yeast strains also has no significant difference;Interesting,when mtDNA P_(454)~R,wild-type MTO2 strains were hardly survival in neomycin GYP medium,but the growth of MTO2 knockout strains were only partly inhibited,there was a significant difference performance of neomycin sensitivity between them.

具体结果如下：(1)在含有新霉素的葡萄糖培养基上，mtDNA为野生型、MTO2敲除与否，相应的酵母菌株的生长没有显著差异；mtDNA完全缺失、MTO2敲除与否，相应的酵母菌株的生长也没有显著差异；然而，当mtDNA存在P_(454)~R突变时，MTO2野生型菌株几乎完全不能生长，而MTO2敲除菌株的生长只受到部分抑制，表现二者对新霉素的敏感性存在显著差异。
