So if we want to get the quality flowers ,we should have quality buds and we should use all methods ,if we can , to meet the conditions that tree peony needs. And so it is very important for theory and practice to study the physiological and biochemical changes during the period of forming strong buds of tree peony.

但是，不论是生产商品苗木还是用于反季节催花，都需要对牡丹的生长发育规律有一个系统和科学的认识，然而，目前的牡丹栽培仍然衍用传统的栽培技术，对牡丹生长发育过程中的生理生化变化规律的认识，却还停留在比较肤浅的水平和层次上，因此要得到高质量的牡丹花，就要有高质量的牡丹芽，就必须按照牡丹的生长发育规律，建立科学的栽培技术体系，在牡丹壮芽形成过程中运用一切可以运用的栽培措施、管理技术来满足条件，因此，对牡丹壮芽形成过程中的生理生化变化的研究就具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。

Amoena which has different ages, the results showed that:(1) because its short bearing and slow growth speed, stem-leaf ratio annual plant has few value in use, biennial and triennium have much more value in use than annual plant.

结果说明，（1）一年生山野豌豆由于其生育期短，在整个生长季节内生长缓慢，所以其基本没有利用价值；二年生山野豌豆和三年生山野豌豆因其生育期长、生长速度快、生物产量高等特点，有较高的利用价值，其中，三年生山野豌豆的利用价值高于二年生山野豌豆。

By the changing tendency of N, P, K, we coudle see N, P decreased significantly, especially P, the concentration of which was deficient for Chinese Fir nomal growing, but K nutrients were unnoted. So we suggestted increasing N, P fertilizer for Chinese Fir normal growing and might rise its yield.

On the contrary, in some extent, drought stress could improve the growth of roots under ground and resulted in increasing the rate of root/shoot; moreover, made the color of velamen become red and enhanced the output and the quality.

主要结论如下：(1)在形态与生长反应方面，观察发现甘草地下和地上两部分都具有适应干早环境的特征，地下有庞大的根和根茎系统，吸水能力很强，地上茎叶形态表现出很强的节水能力，并且甘草群体抗旱优势很强；同时也观测到干旱对甘草地上茎叶生长抑制较为明显，但在一定程度上对地下根系生长起到了促进作用，导致根冠比增大、根皮颜色变红，即在产量和质量方面都有了很大地提高。

The results show that the effect of promoting growth of Olaquindox is the best one, moreover, this promoter has the effect of prompting growth in different growth periods of Penaeus Orientalis, including zoea larvas, mysis larvas, postlar-vas and juveniles in various growing stages.

结果表明，喹乙醇的促生长效果最佳，且表明喹乙醇在对虾的不同生长期(包括溞状幼体、糠虾幼体、仔虾)及不同生长阶段的幼虾均有促生长作用，因此在人工配饵中添加快育灵是值得推广的。
