At present, research has been carried on about resources of green lacewing and its biology, ecology, ethology of common species, and reproductive technology on a large scale, natural feed and artificial feed as well. However, research on reproductive physiology respect of green lacewing now is less and hasn"t gone too far. This article has carried on certain studies on this respect, aiming at offering theoretical direction for giving play to green lacewing"s reproductive latent, raising artificial reproductive efficiency and field effective protection and utilization.

目前我国对草蛉的资源和常见种的生物学、生态学、行为学以及大规模繁殖技术做了广泛的研究，但目前草蛉的生殖生理方面研究的较少，认识尚不深入，本文就这方面进行了一些研究，旨在为发挥大草蛉的生殖潜能、提高人工繁殖效率及田间有效保护利用等提供理论指导。

Four representative samples of corn southern leaf blight were collected from main sweet corn area in Guangdong province. According to these samples,a race identification of isolated Bipolaria maydis strains was made based on surface morphology of spore through scanning electron microscope and race biological characteristics.

摘 要：从广东省甜玉米主产区采集了4个有代表性的小斑病标样，分离提纯病原菌，通过扫描电子显微镜观察玉米小斑病菌的孢子，并结合病菌生物学特性，对分离出的4个甜玉米小斑病菌株进行了生理小种的鉴定。

研究结果表明豚鼠GHR中的一些氨基酸残基的取代并不影响生长激素通过它而诱导的细胞事件，而另外一些氨基酸残基的取代，例如168位的酪氨酸和332位的丝氨酸分别用在其它种属GHR中高度保守的精氨酸和酪氨酸的取代后，则明显地影响着豚鼠GHR介导的GH诱导的生理效应。

In this study, the aged watermelon seeds were selected as material, soaked by different concentrations of salicylic acid, calcium nitrate and gibberellic acid (GA3), to study the effects on germination rate, related physiological and biochemical indexes of aged watermelon seeds. The results show that the activity of aged watermelon seeds was obviously increased after soaking, and the best treatment to promote germination was Ca(NO3)210mmol/L. Besides, conductivity and soluble sugar content of seeds lixivium, and MDA content of seeds were decreased obviously after treated by SA, Ca(NO3)2 and GA3, and SA treatment had the best obvious effects.

本试验以自然老化的西瓜种为试材，采用不同浓度的水杨酸、硝酸钙、赤霉素预浸种处理，研究其对老化西瓜种子萌发及相关生理生化指标的影响，结果表明：不同处理均可显著提高老化西瓜种子活力，以10mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2处理促进萌发的效果最为明显；不同处理均能明显降低种子浸出液电导率、可溶性糖含量及种子中丙二醛含量，以水杨酸的各处理效果最好。

According to the above study results, especially the steady operation of two-sludge system（2A/O+N 2SBR）, it can be proved that denitrification and excess phosphorus uptake are relatively independent and intersectant biological processes. The overlap is that denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteriawhich possesses the two bacterial metabolisms, could utilize nitrate as an electron acceptor for phosphorus uptake. The two-sludge system can not only combined biological phosphorus removal and denitrification processes to form a process in practical wastwater treatment , but also solved the main difficulties of current single-sludge systems:①the sludge age competition between phosphorus removing bacteria and nitrifier;② the substrate competition between denitrification and dephosphatation.

以上的研究结果，尤其是时间序列的双泥生物反硝化除磷脱氮系统工艺（2A/O+N 2SBR法）的稳定运行，不仅证明了生物脱氮与生物除磷是两个既相对独立又相互交叉的生理过程，其交叉点是同时拥有硝酸盐还原性和超量吸磷这两种生化特性的细菌进行的反硝化吸磷脱氮生化反应，而且双泥系统工艺克服了常规单泥生物脱氮除磷工艺的两大问题（①聚磷菌和硝化菌的SRT相互干扰；②反硝化与生物除磷竞争VFA），同时保证了脱氮和除磷效果，排水指标达到污水综合排水标准（GB8978-1996）的一级标准，具有实际工程使用价值。
