Methods Twenty-nine patients complicated with bleeding or bleeding tendency, who accepted sustained hemodialysis, were given hemodialysis using different heparin menstruums normal saline and 5% glucose solution. Results Among the 29 patients, no one suffered from worsened bleeding.

对29例合并出血或有出血倾向的维持性血透患者，采用同一患者自身前后交叉对照的方法观察生理盐水和5%葡萄糖为肝素溶媒的透析效果。

The HPLC method has been used to investigate the stability of etimicin in 0.9% sodium chloride, 5% glucose, 10% glucose, compound sodium chloride, glucose sodium chloride and so on. In the experiment, the ODS-C18 column (4.6mm×250mm), mobile phase: methanol/water/acetic acid=80/16/4 (containing heptane sulfonic sodium 0.02mol/L), UV detection with wavelength of 330nm were employed. After integrating each of the menstruums with etimicin, the content and pH value were measured after 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h and 8h at a temperature of 17, 25 and 35℃, respectively.

实验采用HPLC法，以C18柱为色谱柱，CH3OH：H2O：HAc=80：16：4（含0.02mol/L庚烷磺酸钠）为流动相，检测波长330nm；对依替米星在生理盐水，5%葡萄糖，10%葡萄糖，复方氯化钠，葡萄糖氯化钠等溶媒中进行了稳定性研究，在室温(17℃)，25℃，35℃情况下，将依替米星与不同的溶媒配伍后，在1h，2h，4h，6h，8h分别测定它们的含量及pH值。

Patients in group A were nebulized with 5 mL normal saline while group B with specific allergen twice a week for six months.

Methods Fifty F-344 rats were divided into four groups, GM only、PAA+GM、PAA only and saline control. ABR thresholds at different frequencies were measured at different times and hair cell losses were numerated. Two-dimensional diffusion assays in the culture medium were performed to evaluate the effect of PAA on the antimicrobial activity.
